I used this for my 10 gallon aqueoun tank for two of my male Bettas. Personally this divider just works the best and makes the most sense. It’ll stress Bettas out allowing them to see each other too much, this works perfectly as it’s not see through and has small holes allowing for flow, but not for the fish to see each other. Once I inserted it into my tank it was very sturdy, it was actually difficult to me to remove which is no big deal.. as soon as those Bettas have no way of getting to each other anything is fine with me. I will always recommend this product!

Nice and secure. Sadly my little cherry shrimp keep wandering through the holes but works perfect to keep fish separate! Easy installation.

The struggle was real because I didn’t purchase divider first and just tried shoving it in a full tank, otherwise great product very sturdy and stays in place well, looks good and works great, I do recommend a small heater/ filter on each side of devider ( and a glass lid on top I originally was just using the lid that came with the tank and there’s a space between the top of the tank and plastic lid one of my bettas jumped the divider and was distroid by the other, he’s healed now and I have a proper lid and he’s back in his half of the tank successfully. My lack of proper lid was my fault and not the fault of the divider or person(s) making or sailing the divider but something that I wish I had considered)

I wanted a good divider because I have two male Bettas. I'd give them their own tank but I already have 3 other Bettas and it's a good option for a 10 gallon tank. It doesn't work with all tanks so make sure you have the right one before saying it doesn't work. The the divider is very sturdy and I recommend looking at the instructional video or you could mess up your clips. Personally I like to have two stones, a heater, and filter in my tanks so this tank has two of everything. I have a lot of items and need to control the water flow with air valve gage's and my filters for feeding time. I bring this up because I'm always touching my tanks and I can be rough or clumsy at times. ( I personally super glued these areas, inside the clips, around the top of the clips and the area where the clips meet the divider, it was not going anywhere after gluing. That's all you need do not over do it.) If you set it up right you don't necessarily need to super glue it. I like to be careful with Bettas. Both my Bettas can sense each other even through the holes so I'm glad I did it. It was a personal choice because I felt that I would push it on accident but I'm just really strong and can accidentally break things. Other than that it's the best out there for Bettas. Don't go for anything mesh or with suction cups this is a sturdy option and I've searched hours looking for the best ones.

Does not fit my 10 gallon aqueon tank. Did not think I was forcing it when adding it to my tank but apparently I was when my tank sprung a leak. Over all I feel it is made of sturdy material and will do the job, but the over all height of it could be shaved off by a 1/4 of an inch.

Did not sit flush with my tank.
