Easy to use! I had a rusted chipped area on my hood. I burnished the rust off, then used a q-tip to tap in some zinc cromate primer. That dried and I gave it two coats of this touch up paint. It looks worlds better, and I won't have to worry about it for the remaining life of the vehicle.
