Took a bit to figure out how to install. Release the 2 points on all 4 sides to pop the top plastic frame off. Then the silicon will come out. KICKSTAND ISSUE: To keep the kickstand from breaking, push in on the lock tab to release the lock and this will make it easier to close the kickstand and probably keep it from breaking. See the pic.

This is the best case I have ever thought of! The first time I put it on I was confused by how to do it and it didn't seem tight in all the corners but it worked just as expected. I took it off a few days later to use a different novelty case I ordered and when I put this tough one back on, it went on easily this time and smooth on corners and edges. I love the hand strap! I like to play my apps as I lie down to sleep and watch youtube as I bathe so this is perfect in every way.

I was looking for a case for my Galaxy Tab A 8.0 on Amazon and chose the BRAECNstock Three Layer Heavy Duty Soft Silicone Hard Bumper Case. It has everything I wanted and more including a 360 degrees rotatable stand, adjustable hand grips. The only problem was that the case didn’t fit my tablet. So I emailed BRAECNstock about the issue. I couldn’t believe how responsive and concerned they were. Without hesitation they offered a complete refund and insisted I keep the case that didn’t fit! "Give it to a friend for Christmas,” they said. What makes this generosity amazing is that the reason the case didn’t fit WAS MY FAULT. I didn’t read the part in the description where it clearly states that the case fits the T380 and T385 2017 release. My Tab is the TM 350 2015 release. This is an update to my first review. The kickstand broke off after about 6 months of light use. I just recently came back to this page and saw that it was a commonn problem. If the kickstand is important to you don't buy this case.So far this is working out well. It is a very rugged feeling case and goes on snugly. It holds the note pad very well. It has a stand on the back of it and a hand strap that is on a bezel that spins freely in each direction.It was pretty easy to put on the note and it will stay on through anything I could throw at it. It is made of a thick softer plastic and should last a long time.I would recommend this case to anyone looking to protect their note pad.

Has held up well for almost a year of daily use. Tablet has survived many falls thanks to this case and props up Saturday and quickly. This does not interfere with any of the buttons either. This is lightweight and doesn't bulk up the tablet uncomfortably.

I bought this to replace a tablet cover that was falling apart. My grandsons were pretty rough with it. Even though my ages 6 & 8 year old should be not have to have a case like this, they were pretty rough. I love that the silicone cover can be wiped down, it’s easy to hold either be putting their hand through the handle on the back or put the kickstand up for watching something with the tablet upright on an angle. The strap that is removable is great. It goes around the back of the neck, making it hands free. The boys love it!

Remove the image that states it comes with a removable screen protector. I purchased this wanting a screen protector with a case based on the description on the images. After receiving it without a screen protector I read all the way down the written product description to find it contradicts the pictures and states no screen protector. Not the product I wanted to purchase. Now I have to waste my time returning or spend more for a screen protector 🙄.

Our family is avid gamers, and we play a lot of GPS location games (aka Pokemon go etc). As such we are out and about a lot, with devices in hand. This case is absolutely perfect for my 13 yr old. The shoulder strap is ideal for when we are out walking around.
