What is the working load strength?

We don't really know the exact amount. It says on it. We have attached it to a tow rope and pulled a boat that weighs at least 3,000 pounds so hopefully, that's all you need.

What is the measurement of B in the diagram?

I don’t know but next time I go to the boat where I use it on an anchor lead , I’ll be happy to measure it.
