I bought this book for a friend of mine as I thought pink was a bit too bright for me. However we went though it together a couple of times and every now and then she contacts me telling me how much it has changed her daily behaviour. This book offers you inspiration along the way and provides space for you to capture our thoughts.

This is an excellent journal. Writing a little every day is so helpful. So practical and applicable to this days age when it can be hard to focus on the good things!The quality is top notch and plenty of pages to write in. Would recommend!

I bought this journal for a friend, who I knew would love the stylish book cover. Pink is her favourite colour and the 'one page per day', easy to complete pages suit her personality.
