I have been using 3M sandpaper for my entire life, as it was understood that it was the best. I will say that in my opinion, nothing compares to 3M. However, for a fraction of the price this is excellent sandpaper. I have been using this for the last year or two for a cost savings and have found that this is very consistent, doesn’t clog, and has a decent useful life. Although it’s not 3M, it is a very good quality sandpaper that any shop could use.

Good paper and works great for wet sanding vehicles

My husband uses this when restoring tractors and loves it. I had him take an interior door to the shop so I could sand it down and I was very impressed with how well it held up. We love how flexible this sand paper is, how smooth of a finish it leaves on both metal and wood.

DuraGold is cheaper than 3M. Works but maybe doesn't last quite as long. I find it a good trade off.

I used to have a large stash of Gator Brand and some 3M carbide paper but needed to re-stock. I have had a hard time finding a good local source for quality carbide paper so decided to give Dura-Gold a try. I have not been disappointed. I use it for sharpening my jointer blades (paper adhered to float glass or my granite surface plate). I also use this stuff a lot for flattening the soles of old hand-planes that I find at flea markets and other similar tasks with steel and cast iron. At first I was bothered by these being half-sheets only, but then realized that I pretty much ALWAYS cut a full 9x11 sheet in half before using anyway. So kind of a moot point. Durability of the abrasive has been good. Grit size is very uniform and it is well adhered to the backing. The paper backing is also of high quality. I use either light oil or mineral spirits as a lubricant. Ok, I am not providing a comprehensive or scientific analysis here. Just a quick opinion from someone who is familiar with how a good abrasive should perform and someone who actually uses it for real work.

Outstanding sandpaper of the finest quality. Does its job well.

Price is ridiculous but good sandpapers.

Pricey, in my opinion, but good paper.
