This face mask is what I was looking for. I use it when riding my Atv to protect my face from the sun and dust. Some of the things I like about these mask is that it comes on a 6 pack and has different colors, the quality seems good and it looks good when I am using them.

When I run at the park i like to have a mask on as I pass others. The traditional mask I use at the store is a little to thick and difficult to breath in when running long distances. These are thin enough that I can breath without issue. I don't know that they provide the same level of protection as a filtered mask, but its better than nothing. I run early in the morning, so one of the benefits of these is my face stays a bit warmer on the cold days. So that is an added plus. Only downside is they are maybe just a little small, so they are tight. However that may aid in keeping them on my face and not falling down as I run. Its a decent product and with 6 in the pack, I have a new one for each day I run......Sunday is my rest day (and food cheat day), so I don't need a 7th mask :-) (note: I did 4 stars because the lack of protection if used as a daily mask for shopping, but for running exclusively i'd say 5 stars as something is better than nothing)

Stretchy, light, true white. Seam runs up the tube and the end edges are finished with a sewn edge. No issues. They laundered well. Aside from their many uses of weather protection, cleaning/dust masks and warmth, they also make nice wide scrunchy headbands. They hold hair well and are comfortable on ears and head. We love that these are untagged and not stamped or marked with any kind of branding.

An ok alternative to face masks for the COVID spread. First I’d like to say that I have sensitive skin, thicker neck, and larger head. My rating is based on feeling, comfort, value, and advertised performance. Because of my skin, only 100% cotton will ever feel good. That said, 100% cotton will not provide UV protection and be as light weight so there is the trade off. The feeling of the synthetic fibers is made worse by the tightness around my face and neck. When it is hot and humid it will feel tacky like plastic wrap on your skin. Also, it does trap odors. For any mask, I do suggest spraying with a 50/50 combo of vinegar and water and letting it dry to remove any odors and bacteria. It did feel tight to me as I mentioned, because it is a straight tube shape. It does not pool at the bottom or is looser at the other end as the pictures would imply. I’m not sure about the UV protection but it does seem to offer some. I’m not in extreme sun exposure so can’t say if it is effective or not. Moisture wicking, I give that a below average to average. It felt steamy wearing this as a face cover. Although it does not fog up my glasses as much, it is difficult to talk with it on because the fabric would catch in your mouth so I don’t recommend this for mouth breathers. Overall it is a decent value in a six pack and you get variety. It might be above average if it fit better or was looser.
