Slowly but surely
My partner noticed my toe nails were in need of some care (she used to do pedicures) and knew what was wrong. I just thought I had the same thick yellowing nails as my mother and didn't realise it was curable. She recommended this and I'll never look back. I have added a few drops of Thuja and camphor essential oils just to assist but only because I already have them in my arsenal of oils. I use it religiously in the morning and before bed with occasional applications during the day if I happen to have a shower. At first there wasn't much noticeable difference in the nails but the skin around them became soft and no more dry flaky areas. I also rub the oil around my toes and in between which is recommended, it also softens the skin due to the jojoba oil, which incidentally is my main carrier oil I use normally. I highly recommend applying before bed then wearing thin socks to protect the bed sheets getting oily. I hate wearing socks in bed but I'm getting used to it and looking upon it as beneficial and temporary. I also put the oil on before my socks in the morning. A bit strange to start but I'm now used to it and in fact the tea tree oil prevents bacteria, athletes foot, varucas and other nasty things that breed in sweaty shoes and socks, also helping to prevent smelly feet. It's now been some weeks of use and I'm really happy with the results, I can wear sandals without hesitation, in fact I'm quite proud of my youthful clean looking toe nails. You really should keep your nails well trimmed and try to be persistent as this isn't an instant cure but I think by the time my nails grow out, they'll be perfect. And just for info, jojoba is a wonderful oil (Google it) and the contained tea tree oil is a main ingredient for many treatments. I used this on a sore area in my groin that looked a bit fungal and wasn't getting better. It was cleared up in two days. Fantastic stuff, lasts ages, I think I'll be using it for entirety.

Good product but!
This product is working ok but it is messy to use and you must give it time to work. 1 . Many other makes dry on and the volume of contents per bottle is too little so you need to buy more ( this makes them expensive ) + they do not seem to work quickly ( think one year or more ). 2. Imperial feet is an oily liquid and needs to soak in ( 3~4 hours! ) to work properly, so you can't move around to do housework etc. 3. This product is strong! I tried to wear beach flip-flops to move around a bit after a couple of hours and it melted the plastic. N.B. The maker suggests using the product several times a day which is inconvenient and a waste of product. Important; product needs to soak in!

Good stuff, but not by itself!
This product is good, but it doesn’t work miracles. I’ve needed to use it in tandem with other products for results I’m happy with. Truth be told, short of going on medication, I don’t think there are any products that will sort the issue out on their own. Nail fungus is so stubborn and this product does not contain any ‘active ingredient’ as such. I bought this in June after I’d tried a few other treatments over the years. I’ve had issues with my toes for around 6 years now and decided to spend a bit more in the hopes of finally ridding myself of it. It’s gone some way to doing that as I’ve got around a third of a healthy nail that has grown through in the last three months, which I’m happy with. This bottle will last you a long time; I’ve got at least half left after over three months of (mostly) daily use. Another benefit is that the bottle does not have any contact with the toe so there is no contamination. I pour a few drops onto the nail and then massage it in with a cotton bud and allow to dry as much as possible, then I immediately dispose of the cotton bud and wash my hands. If you’ve got multiple toes infected, ensure you change sides of the cotton bud when switching between toes. Like I said, I don’t think it’s strong enough to clear things up within the 2-3 week time frame it advertises, but it’s the product that has worked best for me. I have used it alongside specialist nail clippers to trim the toenail down as much as possible. The big difference maker, I feel, to the appearance of the nail and the effectiveness of the treatment is the electric nail file that I used to file down the nail dramatically before starting to use the Imperial product. I think the reasoning for this is that the treatment is able to penetrate into the nail bed. As with the cotton buds, I dispose of the file after each use and get a fresh one each time. All of the products have cost around £50 in total, which is a price I was willing to pay. Alongside this, I take care to change my socks soon after I get home and intermittently spray fungal foot spray into my shoes (not as often as I should, though!) July 2023 Update: Using this product (and the others) led me to a fungal-free life! My nails have been clear now for around 18 months

Arrived on time, in good condition, initial reaction positive but no real impact over time
This is for my husband's feet who has Parkinson's and has developed a nasty fungal infection in a number of toes, both feet. I ordered two bottles - they're a good size so one would have been fine. Initial results seem positive at least in terms of appearance but fungal treatments are long term ie should take 3-6 months. Even if the fungal infection appears to have gone completely, I plan to keep going with the treatment at least once a day as these things often re-occur. My expectations are low. Most over the counter treatments do not work for nail fungal infections, but it's best to try them before going to the doctor for tablets. I'll try to remember to update in a month or so. Update: three months on and the benefits are minimal. This might work on a very mild infection. It softens the nails and initially improved their appearance considerably but after a while they just revert. We've now started treating with a medicated anti-fungal that you would also use for athletes foot of thrush. If that doesn't work, then we'll move onto prescription treatments.

Really positive about this one!
Have suffered with fungus for about 10 years now and have tried on and off for years tea tree oil, Vicks vaporub, Scholl nail treatment, all with varying success. Currently I am using hydrogen peroxide by applying with a cotton swab, waiting a minute for it to dry, and then applying this. This has been the best combination for me so far and is definitely worth the price as you need so little of it. I’ve been doing the hydrogen peroxide for about a year and this stuff for about 2 months, and I have noticed a difference in clearing up for sure. I will continue to use it until my nails completely grow out (in a year or so!) so here’s hoping it is fully affective. I like this stuff because it is a slightly thicker solution (more of a serum than a liquid) so you can drop it straight onto the nails and use your finger to rub it in, without contaminating the packaging. It works by staying on the nails and nailbed by soaking into them, making them softer. I had always focussed on zapping the fungus away with harsh chemicals and antibacterial products, but never really understood that an integral part of healing the nail and ensuring it grows back healthy is also applying something that is powerful enough to kill the fungus while being gentle enough to HEAL the nail (i.e. this product). It has not caused any reactions and I have applied it directly to the nail bed where part of my nail was cut off, and it has really helped. Filing down the surface of the nail as much as possible so you get it as thin as possible, ideally down to nearly the nail bed (ideally with a metal nail file which can be properly sanitised) is crucial, and using this product which softens the nail is crucial with this step. I found that using tea tree oil alone was ok but dried out the nail and only worked so much as it evaporated so quickly, whereas this solution is a mix of different anti fungal oils which work better. The key is to keep at it (apply after shower twice daily if possible, and keep filing down nail daily, then once a week until it gets to a normal thickness or thinner where the solution can penetrate!).
