48-month update!Four years, 1,500+ miles, zero issues, still avg around 12 miles per charge despite the demands I put on it. My e-bike is my only mode of transportation and I use it like a company-owned, blue collar service vehicle. Since I've had this battery I've replaced my e-bike tires thrice, one set trailer tires, replaced the entire trailer wheels and all once, replaced several sets of lights and reflectors, the chain, 3 sets of disk brake pads, 1 set brake disks, brake fluid twice, the whole front brake assembly handle/caliper and all once, 1 helmet, and most everything else has needed maintenance and/or servicing in one form or another; Everything except this battery, one of the most inspected parts on my bike and possibly the only part that hasn't ever needed anything other than charging!28-months update! Battery is still charging fine and still hauling me and my groceries in 110 degree heat, not a single problem. I don't ride as often as I did the first year but still put about 30 or 40 miles a week on it. And yes, it still will give me 20 miles on one charge but I'm pushing my luck, especially how hard I work this battery.When time comes to replace it, I am heading right back here. I have no reservations recommending this battery or this seller.1 year (to the day) update! I am still pleased with the performance of this battery. One year, eight-hundred miles, no problems.................I've had this battery for nine months now and I am happy to say it has held up better than I expected. I'm sure it has lost some capacity but I haven't noticed. It replaced the original battery in my Juiced Crosscurrent e-bike and so far I've put a total of 600 miles on it, 8 to 22 miles at a time, pulling a trailer usually full of groceries, garden soil, etc. Even after the 22-mile trip, I had charge remaining. The combined weight of my bike, empty trailer, battery, and myself is around 300lbs and I live in a hilly area, this battery has no problem at all with this, supplying high current when needed. And, it's done this through the summer heat of Central Texas. You almost never know what brand of cells are used in this type of battery, I don't in this one, so your never sure what to expect from them. This battery still has a few months to go before I can really consider it cost effective, but if it's performance so far holds up it will have no problem lasting till next Christmas.

This E-Bike Battery Is Really Great And I Bought 2 Of Them For My Trike And They Did Great ...How Every The Miles Depends On If It's On A Flat Surface Or Hilly Surface ....Where I Live In My Hometown And When I Travel To Corydon, IN . I'm About 13 Miles From Corydon Walmart. The Back Roads Are Very Hilly And I Only Get 16 Miles Per Charge One Way . I Had A 1200W Motor 24inch Wheel On The Front Of My Trike, But I Had It On Pass 2 Mode Almost All The Way...So It Can Differ , But On Flat Land You Can Get Up To 50 Miles Per Charge...How Every I No Longer Have My Trike , Because I Was In An E-Bike Accident Coming Home From Corydon....I Was Going Way To Fast Down A Hill Which Had Curves And I Was Going About 32 MPH Down This Hill And Lost Control And Braking And I Broke My Ankle On My Left Leg...Trikes Are Not Made To Go That Fast And Please Remember To Be Safe Wear Helmets And Protective Gear....By The Way I Had These Battery's Strap Down And Cushioned In Case Of Accidents....These Battery's Are Great For The Price At $368 And They Are Well Made Too ...I Hope This Review Helps Anybody... :)

I bought this battery in the spring of 2020. I used it the entire year on my e-bike without any problems. I also rode over 2000 miles throughout the summer. It had all the power i needed and I was able to ride about 3+ hours on the 20AH before having to recharge.I did have a problem the following year and contacted them while I had only one week left on the warranty. I returned the battery to their shop to give them a chance to resolve the problem but they finally ended up just sending me a brand new replacement battery. It is refreshing when a company honors their warranty and does the right thing. Overall a great purchase.

Batttery stopped working after 2 months.Now BMS doesn't allow the battery to be charged..Waste of money..

They sent a faulty battery, I tried explaining this and they refuse to take it back or replace it. You’re taking a gamble if you order this battery.

So far this battery has exceeded my expectations. I can feel the difference in this batteries power over the stock battery that came with the ebike.

Works great. Some modifications on the razor were needed for the project we used it on. Otherwise Plug and Play.

likes: this battery was easy to install. if you need help, youtube is very useful.dislikes : weighs about as much as the sealed lead monster I replaced! so far, the range is an improvement and the performance is a little better. I haven't really put my vehicle through any grueling tests yet, bust stay tuned for more.. the beat is yet to come! :p
