I'm an ex-gymnast so I suffer with neck and back problems from previous injuries and I have to say, this chair feels great.I bought this chair as a replacement for a mesh chair I bought a few months ago because the lumbar "support" was so aggressive and uncomfortable to sit in for extended periods of time.I've been using this chair for about a week now and have been pleasantly surprised with how well my back has been holding up while sitting in it, considering this chair is less than £200.My only gripe is that the clip on the lumbar pillow was broken upon opening but I can't really complain because the customer support from the seller has been amazing.I have been talking to the seller for about a day through Amazon's messaging feature and they have had quick replies and have already shipped out a replacement.

When you build it, it's possible to put the base on the chair back to front. Look at the base and it actually has "Front" and "Back" written on it, but it's hard to to see because everything is black. They could have put the front bolt closer than the back to stop this happening, but they didn't and I got it wrong. The seat felt REALLY weird until I fixed it! But even with it fixed, this is not a comfortable chair - it's a hard ride! And I'm used to one where the seat tilts when the back goes back. It looks great, but I'm using a Halfords comfort cushion on it. At least it's a matching colour!

Great chair and very Comfortable. Easy to assemble as well. And received the delivery 2 days early as well.

Excellent looking chair easy to build

Bought this chair as my previous chair of 6 years had finally given up (cheap gaming chair), and was in an accident in which I've been left with a severely damaged foot, so a gaming chair with wheels was useful for daily tasks.Chair arrived, easy enough to assemble and definitely looked the part, and felt very comfortable. Recline worked perfect, tilt function worked fine and the chair was comfortable enough to sit in for most of a day.A couple weeks after receiving the chair, I spotted something was pushing the material at the back from inside the chair, luckily you can unzip the back.This is where the troubles started, there was rust EVERYWHERE! Every single bit of metal in the frame was rusting, even on the welds! Bits had snapped due to the severe level of rust covering the entire frame! Contacted the seller and got a replacement, same condition, another replacement, this time inspected prior to sending (had asked for this, and if in a similar condition, requested a refund instead of replacement) arrived in the same condition again. Wasted my time, went weeks without a suitable chair and it left me very limited on what I could do. I payed £70 for my previous gaming chair and it lasted a lot longer than this one, which is ridiculous given on the website, the normal price for this is listed above £300!!!!!
