Is this protein instantized? Seems like the biggest complaint is it doesnt mix well.

The problem is mainly with the chocolate flavor. What it is, we use real coco for the chocolate flavoring and when you use really cold liquids to mix with the protein it has a hard time mixing fully and breaking up. So we suggest when mixing the chocolate flavor protein to use a room-temp or not real cold liquid so the natural coco can break up and mix fully with the liquid.

The 20 lbs comes in a bag or many jars? I like bags because jars usually are bigger than it should, taking to much space.

Comes in a tub like the ones they use for painting!!! But your getting bang for your buck here

What is the isolate to concentration ratio? I hope the manufacturer chimes in because no one puts it on the packaging.

Hello, The Isolate is 40% and concentrate is 60%

Why does it say $8.12 per ounce on the 20 pound size?

It’s dividing the price per the amount received.
