Compression rings are good, stretch bands are tougher than same colour ring
To me the stretch bands are MUCH tougher to use than the rings. i.e. they are not equivalent exercise effort. I would have preferred the effort for the same colour to be more balanced.Having said that I still think this set was good value for money.

Okay if you are Eddie Hall!
These products would be much better if there was more of a nargin between each band. The easiest is the green and i have danaged my thumb on it already as it is quite difficult. To give you an idea i can bench 100k do 12 full pull ups with a 20k chain around my neck. Bought these to help guitar playing but as i say imo you will need to be pretty strong even to use the easiest of these.
