Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Grain Cereal, Cinnamon Raisin, 16 oz

Added fruit, honey and cinnamon and really enjoyed the flavor and it was filling. Great fiber content and value for the money. Ate it with yogurt so it maintained crunchiness the whole time.

Healthy and TASTY! I will keep ordering the cereal going forward.

Not exactly for diabetics but the fiber content is high and the protein is great among plant based....

I purchased this cereal because it had really good reviews. The cereal taste terrible. I understand that it’s healthier for you, but there are other brands out there that are just as healthy and taste 100% better.

Healthful cereal with all the right ingredients but AL the raisins are hard as pebbles and could crack a tooth. Many raisins are also clumped together and rock hard. 2 stars off a perfect breakfast cereal because of the rock hard raisins.
