Cheap but Best for pain relief if u know the correct way to wear it!!
I had lower back nerve pinching problem leading to radiating pain in my one leg. I had my doubts that compared to other costlier belts it may not be helpful, so i ordered this belt and another costlier belt too. 1st I wore the costlier belt which gave support to my lower back as advertised. Then next i wore VRCare belt, but it gave me pain as soon as i wore it. So i thought VRCare belt is wrong for me, so i continued wearing the costlier one for 3 days without any pain but with no improvements. Then i saw one video on youtube regarding how to wear LS belt and found that i have to wear it tightly and just above my tailbone. So i gave both belts try for 3 days each starting with VRCare belt.....and guess what when i wore VRCare belt tightly at correct position, even though it initially gave me pains, it ended up curing my back problem of nerve pinching due to disc bulging by bringing my spine to correct position and cured my sciatica at initial stage itself!!!!. Kept VRCare belt and returned the costlier belt on 10th day :).
