The refills are exactly what I needed but be warned the shipping time to USA is rather long. I ordered them on 18 Sept and just received them on 2 Nov.

Perfect replacement
Very nice refill for my small 4 inch long Pilot pen that I try to keep handy for notes, phone numbers and random thoughts. The refill was perfect fit, began writing immediately and has continued to perform as well or better than the original. The ink flows smoothly with no skips or clumps. Other than cheaper it would be hard to improve.

Bottom half Came Unscrewed, and I Lost it
I had this pen in my wallet. It survived me sitting on it for weeks without a problem. Then I noticed half of it was missing. It unscrewed itself. The pen itself is excellent. 5 stars. It writes just fine for a ballpoint.
