Works Very Well - update
I purchased this for a "rear-view mirror" to use on a truck bed camper. Side mirrors are great, but it's nice to see what's coming up behind you on an Interstate; or any road for that matter. Anyway, the camera and monitor are excellent. They are doing what was advertised. If I have any advice to give it would be to purchase a wired camera if you intend to use it 'full time' . The amount of interference is crazy when driving through the middle of a business district, or even a main city road. E-gads ... who knew we are bombarded to this degree on a constant basis. Once you leave the city, it is a perfect, clear signal, and I'm happy with this purchase.APRIL 2020 As of this month the camera has become very temperamental. It occasional decides to work, no rhyme or reason to it's decision. It pulls 4 amps when it's working, 0 amps when it decides to go on vacation. I'm a little disappointed it went wonky this soon, but it worked good when it was working. ... Will probably try a wired one next.

Cannot mount to license plate because the antenna sticks out too far.
When I hooked it up to try it out it worked great. However I wish I had tried to mount it 1st because you cannot mount it to the license plate because the bracket is not deep enough to let the camera look out far enough because the antenna hits the back and you have to tilt the camera too far forward to make it fit. Also the mounting screws broke off in the side of the camera. So the only way to mount this is with the bracket either pointing up or down vertically you cannot mount it horizontal I and expect everything to fit in because it's just not deep enough. I would return it but I let too much time go by before I made the effort to hook it up. Very aggravating now I'm stuck with something that I can't use unless I go through efforts to make and different mounting bracket. If you are planning on mounting this camera to your license plate it will not work.

customer service was exceptional but....
I had issue with my camera right out of the box but Mindy was there for me on every email and sent me a replacement right away. I got the new camera and I verified it work but it would not reach from the back of my 30' camper to even the front of the camper let alone the front of my truck. Good customer service but not a good product.

Great crisp clear picture both night and day
We bought this for our RV to replace a old school black and white system absolutely night and day difference not only will help with .reverse but seeing behind you in traffic and helps give idea of space when changing lanes. May be easier in a smaller rig

check how you mount the camera horizontal / vertical plane
The camera mount works great when mounted on a horizontal plane. Mounting the camera on a vertical plane, the mount bracket is too short. Not enough clearance for the antenna . Had to make an adapter plate to mount the camera horizontally on a vertical plane. Also had to purchase an adapter cable from the cable that is installed on / in the trailer to the camera. Changing the design of the camera mount bracket to allow mounting on a vertical plane would be a great improvement. There is interference on the screen and sometimes the connection is lost for a short time (less than a minute). The camera does a sufficient job to monitor traffic behind the trailer.Because in my case the camera is mounted at an angle the view of the traffic behind me is not as far back as I would like. If the mount bracket for the camera would have been taller, the camera could be rotated without the antenna interfering to the desired angle.(Have to check if a taller mount bracket is available on line or have to make a bracket)

Very little color and flickering image..
Installed this camera today and spent a lot of time making sure everything was right. It was installed on a 6x12 enclosed trailer and I pull it with a Ford F250 king cab. The distance from camera to monitor is almost exactly the limit of 10 meters. While sitting still the camera only slightly flickers, but at 50 mph, the flicker is pretty bad, but picture still adequate to see behind the trailer. The color is 90% black and white, with just a little color sometimes, probably due to my distance being the limit. I would not buy this camera again, not happy with it, but will keep it due to not being worth changing out...

Can be a portable system
At first I hade written a 5 star review on this item before I had time to put it through "Real life" inspection. The camera worked 3 times and then the antenna connection needs to be bumped around to make it work.

Just ok
Doesn’t work well on my 24’ trailer. Ordered an external 2.4G antenna. Hope it helps. Picture goes in and out while in motion.
