I got the original when it was released, how diffferent is the Premium Edition and is ir worth it given ive completed the original all those years ago

It’s the same game, but comes with a criminal starter pack for online play, which gives you some cash and free businesses (but you can buy this separately online, without buying the game again). So if you already own the game then no real point in buying this version too. But if you no longer own the game then this is a good price and LOTS to do and discover online.

Is this new condition english version and come with map ?

You get a map onscreen in the game can't remember if their was one in the box they just use on screen map you can Google any other maps treasure location cheat call numbers it came in new condition was really nice and still working over a year later
