Benefit Cosmetics the POREfessional Face Primer 0.1 oz Mini/Deluxe Sample

Hello! I purchased this product about a month and a half ago but I really wanted to see how it works for a while before I reviewed it. This product is a sample size and it is the tiniest size you will probably be able to find. This is definitely great for someone who is wanting to test out this product to see if it would work for their skin type and make up. The product comes in a little blue bottle. The color of the formula itself is peach but it goes on transparent. It is oil-free, lightweight and very silky. It's very creamy and it is used mainly to minimize the appearance of pores. It is also very soft. It almost feels like a liquid powder. Which is really weird to say but it feels like a light weight powder in liquid form. It is creamy and almost whipped but not whipped in consistency. You can use this product under make up and over it. You can even wear it alone with a moisturizer underneath. The first time I used this product it broke out my nose a little. I started getting some tiny, red acne spots all around my nose. I applied it their first because it is the center of my face and also where my pores tend to be really large. I have combination skin. My T-zone tends to get oily and the outside perimeter of my face is normal to dry. I didn't want to automatically exclude it from my makeup collection so I continued to use it again. After the first two uses, the small acne spots went away and it worked amazing for me. It stays on for about 6.5 hours if you're constantly moving around, running errands. I probably wouldn't wear it if I were working out or exercising. But, this stuff is AMAZING. I've been applying it to my pores (not everyday) when I go out and my pores just soak it up. And it glides on within the skin and doesn't sit on top. My pores are noticeable. They're on the larger side and this, is definitely a good investment in make up. If not, one of the best investments in make up if you have noticeable pores. If you feel pretty skeptical, go ahead and get a sample size because I was very impressed and kind of upset about how I just now decided to buy the product. And, it works so quickly! Very easy to apply. I put it on like a lotion and work it in the skin till it disappears into it. I've been wearing it with just a moisturizer underneath that contains glycerin. So, it sticks and this is perfect when I don't want my pores to appear big and when I just don't want to wear makeup. The product arrived on time and it was sealed up pretty tight in bubble wrap. The bottle is more of a plastic material tubing. It is squeezable and mess free I decided to order a larger size off the Sephora site. This is now my holy grail or must have. I am NOT going to replace this with my moisturizer but I will definitely use it for my pores when I go out. I am absolutely in love with the product. Worth the buy. Thank you so much!

This is an amazing product that minimizes my pores. I use it as a primer before adding any product and it goes on smoothly and spreads well. The only thing was that I was surprised at the size of the product, I read the reviews and saw the weight in ounces, but it is a very very small tube.

I bought this beacuse I had a sample from sephora and I loved it. I did not realize I was buying a sample size. This sample was extremely Tiny, tiny!!! Enough to try it again for about three times. Its bit worth 10 bucks for this miniscule amount!! I wanted something that would replace the expensive bare minerals primer. I guess I am going back to that! It does the same thing! I be star rating for HIGH HIGH price and LOW LOW amount!!

This is one of my go-to primers besides Lorac. I go back and forth with this. Sometimes I like it, some days I hate it. The consistency is a cream to powdery like formula, similar to Urban Decay eye potion primer. CON: I have to apply small amounts in sections quickly, otherwise it dries out and doesn't rub in. When that happens, it kinda flakes off and looks like you have dry skin flakes coming off your face. I bought the tiny size for travel, but my thick head realized I can just use a big tube and fill a small jar for travel. There is no fragrance on this product that I readily notice. I have caucasian skin, so I'm not sure how good this product is for darker tones. This product out of the tube seems to be a caucasian flesh color, so I'm assuming it's supposed to dissolve into transparency? You also gotta really work this product in or it will not work. DO NOT USE TOO MUCH!!!! So... I'd say this product.... It's better than the Smashbox green primer because it doesn't break me out. It's better than the Lorac primer because it doesn't feel as greasy It's better than the Too Faced primer because it feels like a primer and not a lotion It's better than Urban Decay eye potion primer for eyeshadow, but it's still not that great And darn it, I am still a sucker for Benefit's packaging.

This has been my go to pore minimizing primer for the last few years, I usually purchase this primer in full size from Ulta but was running low and needed it for a weekend away and didn't have time to make a trip to the store so I was happy to be able to find it in a travel size with next day delivery and that the product was authentic :)

This product is so great for minimizing the appearance of pores and allowing foundation to be applied flawlessly, but please do not waste ten dollars on this product. I bought it assuming that it would be somewhat bigger, but it came and was a sample size, which you are supposed to get for free! It was probably my fault for not properly reading the product description but I feel as if the picture is a little deceiving. I love this product, it works great! However, it does NOT come with the brow gel like pictured and the bottle is microscopic in size! Definitely NOT worth spending $12 for! I only bought it because the picture shows you get both products! YOU DO NOT!!!

I absolutely love this primer. I am 45 and I do not wear foundation and with this primer nobody should need to. It's expensive for sure. However, a little goes a long way. Great product.

I knew they were going to be small by the price but when they come they look like samples you would get for free.
