Product Description Medvance Bordered Silicone Foam Dressing is a multilayer, highly absorbent dressing with soft silicone adhesive as the wound contact layer. The multilayer structure absorbs large amounts of wound exudate and locks the wound exudate in the absorbent core to prevent wound ben maceration.

A: It goes directly to the wound with silicone adhesive border plus the super absorbent layer . It’s 5 layers dressing.

**Q: Is the dressing tan, fleshtone, or something similar?**
A: They are tan colored

**Q: Will this bandage keep a weeping blister wound from leaking through?**
A: I didn’t use this type of bandage for blisters. I do purchase specific “blister” bandages that would keep a weeping blister from leaking through. These type of bandages designed specifically for blisters also help them heal quicker that traditional bandages.

Overall not a bad product but didn’t sustain that well to being waterproof. However I did find it to be pretty adhesive and comfortable for my wound site.
