These are the classic Chinese rotisserie chicken/roast duck hooks and they are awesome! You can put the hooks under the wings or pull the hooks through the inside of the chicken and have the chicken seat on the hooks. I use them to hang 6 chickens in a drum smoker. You can also daisychain them to double the cook to 12 chickens at once to feed an army. They are easy to clean with a quick soak in soapy water and I see no rust on them after use. You can't beat the great price also. I would highly recommend these hooks if you have an oven or a smoker that allows you to hang meat like roast ducks and rotisserie chicken. It is the ideal setup. Yes, you can also use them to hang other kinds of meat as well like racks of ribs and sausages. These double hooks hang ribs much more securely than the single hook. I will buy again and again.

use these in an electric smoker they work nice and let the smoke cover the whole outside making a nice bark
