Q: How far apart are the screw holes and what size screws are needed?

Screws are 3.75 inches apart. The screws are Philips flathead screws, I don't know the size but I used the ones that came with the chair.

Dear customer. This Arm pad is ONLY compatible with the Aeron chair Classic Model. Not fit for Other Herman Miller another model such as Mirra, Cosm, Embody, etc. Not fit for Knoll. Not fit for Steelcase. Not fit for Haworth . Not fit for Ikea either.
