Replaced speakers on my mid century console

These were just replacements for some other ones that dried out

Like some of the other reviewers here, I purchased this speaker to replace the one on my Roland Micro Cube which had blown out. I had to rasp away about 1/8" around the existing speaker hole but that only took me about 5 min. The screw holes on the speaker matched the holes for the original so I was able to drop it right in. It sounds a lot better than the original but I did have to turn up the volume on the amp a little more so than usual (this speaker has an impedance of 8 ohms, whereas the original was only 4).

I used this speaker to replace the Roland micro cube speaker. It was almost a straight drop in and the speaker worked perfectly. Much improved bottom end.

Good frequency range. I used these to repair some old JBL bookshelf speakers. Perfect!

I repaced my polk audio atrium blown speaker and it has much clearer base and just sounds better. Strongly recomend!
