All-New Ghost Rider Vol. 1: Engines of Vengeance (All-New Ghost Rider (2014-2015))

I was never a big Ghost Rider fan until now. This book is awesome! The design for Felipe Smith's Ghost Rider is fantastic. Plus, how awesome is the Hell Charger? The art in the book is amazing and the story line is captivating. It's great how inclusive the story is having the new Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) be Latino, and his brother be disabled. Really hope to see more of Robbie Reyes in the Marvel Universe.

I'm gonna start out by saying I'm am of Latino/ Mexican decent. There's not many Latino or Latina superheroes in comics that's why it's always been hard for my friends to get into comics and after I showed them this they instantly fell in love. If your a fan of AOS Ghost Rider you will love this or if u just want to read something new it's fantastic. The Art is freakin Gorgeous the way the artist illustrates fire and the way the fire flows is something I've never seen before in any media. Only bad thing when I got my copy the front cover was bent not terribly mind u but it was definitely noticeable. But screw that this book is a must read.

But not as good as when Danny Ketch was first introduced. I think the version of this particular ghost rider was better in S. H. I. E. L. D. Being the reason his brother is in a wheelchair has a bit more impact on the character for me than his bro was just born that way. Have not read the second one yet so don't really know the entire family situation if it's even mentioned yet. Really like the art direction in this and the call backs to Hyde's previous run in with the Ghost Rider witch was also the Danny Ketch series. I guess the big question is who is the spirit inhabiting him. Being revealed a few years ago that all the riders are actually God's spirit of vengeance this guy seems a little different from that. Maybe the only complaint I have is that this seems slightly geared towards a younger crowd. How ever I watched the shield version first so am slightly biased since it was so freaking amazing, finally nice to see the Rider done justice in a tv or movie medium. This run has a lot of potential so check it out and check out the other Ghost Rider books. Except maybe the original series with Blaze, it doesn't necessarily suck but it is rather boring.

This book does a lot right and few things wrong. Although this book has a pretty by the number story it makes up for with great character relations and absolutely fantastic artwork by Tradd Moore. My only other real complaint is it has so much censored cussing it makes me wonder why they did not just leave it out or uncensored it

This volume collects All New Ghost Rider #1-5 by Felipe Smith. It's simply brilliant. If you are new to the character you'll enjoy it, and if you aren't, you'll enjoy it too. The story is a perfect origin for Robbie Reyes and the Spirit of Vengeance. You'll find family, action, drugs, monsters, bullying and much more.About the artwork, it fits perfectly with the story. It's very colorful and the flaming effects are the best.

Great for new comic readers as well as old time ghost rider fans. Great as a stand alone comic book so don't feel like you have to read everything that this character is involved in although it's great to see where the character ends up and how he grows as a character and becomes his own worst enemy. This is a very good debut to a newer fan favorite marvel character. 10/10

For anyone who doesn't know, this book stars the newest character to take on the Ghost Rider mantle, Robbie Reyes (the same version of Ghost Rider that's also starring on the current season of Agents Of Shield). In fact, after seeing the first couple of episodes of AoS, and hearing some good things about this series, I decided to give it a try. And I was not disappointed at all. The book successfully grabbed my attention from start to finish, and as the story went on, I grew to really like this version of Ghost Rider (and this is coming from someone who is a big fan of the original Rider, Johnny Blaze). Anyway, the art was a little weird, but for me personally it was tolerable. Overall, despite the weird art, this book was very good, and I highly recommend it if you're open to trying something new.

I read this and just felt Meh. Not bad but it seems aimed towards younger readers. Even as a Ghost Rider fan this was hard to get into. I felt it had more potential.

Comprei o gibi só pela arte do Tradd Moore, virei fã do cara depois do excelente trabalho que ele fez na trilogia do Luther Strode.O dinamismo do seu trabalho anterior continua nesta série da Marvel, um traço bastante estilizado e simples que traz uma incrível sensação de movimento e velocidade para as sequencias de ação.

Very entertaining, graphics are amazing (Was reading on 4K ready tablet). Definitely page turning (swiping). Looking forward to volume 2 and wishing Robbie Reyes as Ghost Rider had a longer run. Recommended to anyone who likes their comics with good writing as well as good graphics.

I heard lots of criticism so I never paid attention when it was first released, even being very interested on its art, so I decided to buy the volume 1. I have to say that I thought I was going to miss the motorcycle, but no. Awesome Ghost Rider's run. Cool art. Very "human" history. I can't wait to buy the Volume 2.

Incredible story and art. Well written and thought out. Amazing! Essential for any ghost rider fan or for anyone who just wants to read an incredible comic.

Amazing, another brilliant origin story from marvel, but what can you expect from a company who specialises in setting up characters.
