I have been using this product for my short hair for some time but previously purchased from a hair salon. I went online to see if available on Amazon and was hesitant after reading reviews that the product was different than from the salon. But since the price was way cheaper than the salon price ( I had just priced at Ulta for $22) i decided to try it. I have received the product from Amazon and its the very same product that i purchased from my hair salon or the product at Ulta for more than twice the money. I have compared the container and the product and find that its the very same. I love this product and have tried many in the past both inexpensive and expensive and found this to be perfect for my hair. It’s not too sticky and is easy to apply. Easy to wash out as well....not stiff at all but does the job. I am very happy with my purchase and will buy again.

Been using this product for years. Unlike some of the negative reviews, I found this to be the same consistency as the ones I've purchased at salons, except this was nearly half the price! It gives the needed body to my straight, limp Asian hair. It has a light creamy texture with a bit of tackiness. Dip fingertips into the jar to get a little product, rub both fingers from both hands together until product is smoothed out, then rub into roots of hair to lift and fluff. Finish styling, set with hairspray. Voila!

I LOVE Bedhead's manipulator! Sadly, I haven't been able to find it in stores near me, but Amazon came through again! I have very dry and course blonde hair that's impossible to style. That is, until my stylist put just a small dab of Manipulator on my hair. I couldn't believe the difference! My hair's now soft and shiny and much easier to style. Just use a small amount (about the size of a dime), spread it over both hands and fingers, then apply it to dry hair. With my hair being so dry, I also apply a bit to my wet, just shampooed, hair. Ends fly aways, and smells heavenly! If that small amount isn't quite enough, you can always add a bit extra.

Reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned that I may end up with a lower quality product but I received the product as described and in its original packaging. Shipping and packaging was as expected and the vendor has followed up a couple of times trying to see if I am satisfied. Would recommend the same vendor. As for the product, if it is a new product to you, I have been using it for the past few years and I like this better then the clay since it is shinier and lets you to work it into your hair and style it more naturally looking.
