I'm not quite sure how these work but they do wonders for my knee. I'm also not exactly sure what the copper "infused spandex" is supposed to do, but these sleeves really help my knee pain. My knees have bothered me off and on for a few years now, but a little over a month ago I was at a car show and could hardly walk around because my left knee was bothering me so much. I looked at knee braces on Amazon and was not looking forward to wearing something hot, stiff, and bulky, so out of curiosity I read the reviews on some of the "copper infused' sleeves and decided to give this one a try. I'll admit that I was pretty skeptical about how well this would work, plus I was afraid the spandex would be hot. It arrives in a very small package and they are so light and small in their packaging you could almost send them in Christmas cards without additional postage. Also don't expect to see any copper; I won't dispute that it is somehow infused into the fabric, but it is sure not noticeable. So my first impression was, "well that was twenty bucks down the drain", but knew I had to give it a try. All I can say is that I was impressed. It helps my knee pain significantly, it doesn't feel hot at all, and it pretty much stays in place thanks to the elastic and rubber design at the top and bottom. My knee still bothers me a little, but at least I'm not limping around like Chester on the old Gunsmoke television series. Last night I woke up with my knee hurting so I put the sleeve on and noticed almost immediate relief. Now that I notice my right knee acting up a little I just ordered another one just-in-case since I plan on doing a lot of walking again later this week. I can't place a much higher recommendation on this than a repeat order. Maybe some of the other brands work just as well but I haven't tried them because I had so much success with the Copper Compression product I was leery to risk another brand.

I ordered the Copper Compression back brace for my husband a few months ago because he does a lot of bending and lifting in his work and his back bothers him constantly. He had seen it advertised on TV and wanted me to ordered it. Well I have always been skeptical about ordering products off of TV. So I went to Amazon and looked it up and read the reviews (I never order anything without reading the reviews) so I ordered the back brace for him. He has worn it every day since he got it and no more back pain!! He ranted and raved about it helping him so much that I decided to get the Copper Compression Knee Sleeve because a couple years ago I damaged my knee. I have a dull ache most days and if I walk too much I pay for it the next day with extreme soreness and pain. I put it on as soon as it came and I could not believe the difference it made immediately! It felt good on my knee and within a few minutes the dull ache was gone. The true test was a long shopping trip when I had to walk more than I normally do around the house. The next day I had no pain or soreness whatsoever and no limping around the house, so no more pain pills or sitting with my knee propped up with a pillow and heating pad for a couple of days! Thank you Copper Compression for this wonderful product and thank you Amazon for carrying it! I wish I had found it 2 years ago when I first hurt my knee, it would have saved me 2 years of pain and possibly making it worse, because no matter what I treated it with, prescriptions or over the counter products, it just didn't get any better and I had to always "baby" it. I certainly don't have to do that now and I am going to order another one just to have as a spare!

It's a little early to tell actual longer term effect, since I've only been using it for a week or so, but it's comfortable to wear and seems to help. The main reason 4 stars instead of 5 is that ordering size instructions were a little misleading. I was borderline between L and XL and instructions indicated to go with smaller size in that situation, which seemed logical but I think XL might have fit better. Also, I wish it was a little longer, by a few inches on both top and bottom. I ordered two and wear them under braces for exercise, and was hoping they'd replace my old non-compression sleeves for wearing under braces, but they aren't long enough, so still need to wear the old ones over them. But, overall, pretty good product, especially if you don't have a "borderline" size issue like I did.

I'm in the law enforcement Dept and I workout a lot but develop an injury during one of my morning runs in November. So after trying my local shooting goods stores with recommendations of coworkers I brought a McDavid knee brace (Med) which wouldn't stay in place after purchase so I had to take it back and have it exchange to a (Sml). I was not satisfied with the product so I started looking on Amazon and there I found the 'Copper Compression' knee brace. After reading the reviews I ordered the Med (I have a torn meniscus) to help with my physical therapy to avoid having surgery (in which I might have to undergo). I was excited to received the item (I chose the size under) what my measurements were because based on the reviews 'some say it tends to stretch a little more after a few wears'. I received it 12/11 wore my brace the next day and did experience relief on my knee (I sometimes stand for long hours our have to climb flights of stairs 2-4 (some buildings don't come equipped with elevators) which is what I was looking for... But then I developed a problem with the brace after wearing it only for a few days the top portion of the brace didn't stay in place; it kept sliding down as I walk making it very uncomfortable causing the knee to hurt while I walk. I had to be constantly pulling it up which was very annoying😖. I don't like the fact that the name portion on the material started peeling off in such a short time making the brace look old and worn out (started peeling 12/15) So now I have to start my search all over again☹️!

I am an active middle aged runner who needs knee support. I tried out a competitor copper compression brand and wasn't satisfied. So then I thought I would give this one a try since it was so highly rated. I followed the instructions on how to measure and get fitted for the right knee sock. My thigh is 19-19.5" and that puts me between a large and extra large sock. So per the manufacturers recommendation I went with the smaller size which is the large. I was excited to give it a try! Sure it works great as long as I didn't move around a lot. But as soon I started running, the knee sock starts slowly working its way down my thigh down to below my knee. I have to keep pausing my running to pull the socks back up. Talk about annoying! That doesn't work for me. I finally had to take them off and not use them. It is such a poor design. If you are an active person, I don't recommend this at all. Hopefully I can find something that works better.

This product is absolutely awesome. If I could add a star, I would. I'm not being paid. I just did my homework and decided Wed. to buy, after I read such great reviews. I have been struggling with a knee issue for the last few years. Getting older, I've been very discouraged as the more I tried to exercise, the more my knee pain would stop me from being consistant. I got my copper compression knee sleeve on Friday, 10/9. I started wearing it, Sat. - the night before I was miserable, paying the price of pain from trying to do even low impact workouts. On Sat. I wore it and was able to do a lot of work around my house, moved my bed...etc- all day - no soreness. So, I wore it to bed Sat night because I was feeling great and wanted to test it the next day. I used it Sunday for for my workout - I sit here writing the review - no pain, no weakness after doing my routine. Tonight, I'm about to buy another one so I can have one on hand all the time. I forgot I had pain... The other big selling point is that this does not roll down your leg and cut off circulation. I hardly know I'm wearing it -this includes through the workout routine. I'm here to tell you if you have recurring pain that heals with inactivity, this might be what you need. I am no doctor, but as someone who just wants to exercise, this is truly a life saver. This product is the answer to prayers. Make sure you measure your knee so you will get the right size. Let's stay active!

I bought 1 each of the knee and the elbow compression sleeves for my husband. He's been having arthritis symptoms flaring up to the point where the aching can be unbearable at times. He's been wearing these both for about a week now, daily, and loves it! The material is so thin and comfortable it doesn't bother him at all while wearing them. He feels much better now. He even sleeps in them sometimes. We did the measuring as noted and ordered the appropriate size for him. They fit him perfectly. He told me to order 1 more of each again AND the back belt as well. Only after having the items a week, he is so confident about these items and this company and quality, he's ready to get more. After seeing how great this product is in person, now, I'm thinking of getting the wrist sleeve for me. I had wrist surgery about 10 years ago, and it aches on occasion. But like so many support items out there, the brace I have is rigid, and unmoving and uncomfortable. After seeing these items, I have confidence that Copper Compressions version will be perfect. Very smooth, silky like material is easy to wear, comfortable, and not noticeable under clothes. Great product! Will buy more items again!

When I first opened the box and saw this small little package, I really didn't think it would fit, much less help with my constant knee pain. WRONG! Took all the pain and twinges away. I just finished spending 2 1/2 hrs removing 11" of snow from driveway and sidewalk, which requires a lot of twisting and turning and pressure on my knees & legs, but the brace is still dry, NO knee pain, no sweat or smell. It has never moved or rolled down/up and just stays put where I put it on my knee. This is a fantastic product & really works! Before I got this brace, my knee still hurt even though I had been wearing a really well fitting neoprene brace, but now with the brace, not a twinge of pain after putting this brace on 3 days ago. Wear all day and forget it is even on, except no more knee pain. Getting 1 more because sometimes both knees hurt and might need another one while I wash this one. Really great product! I'm 65 yrs old, a little overweight and to me this is like a miracle. Buy it. You won't regret it if you try it. I highly recommend the Copper Compression Recovery Knee Brace.
