I prefer wood over plastic tees.

I thought I'd be in for a real treat, I really did. The reviews were great, the quantity and price point made me feel like a proud, seasoned bargain hunter. And then, they arrived... My first hint that something was awry was the packaging. Completely unmarked, just a clear plastic bag. It seemed that whomever had sent me this abomination of a product wanted to ensure that wherever I took them, nobody would be able to tell where they came from. It turns out this was a smart business move, as these are literally the worst tees I've ever come across, and I've seen some crap tees in my day. When the day arrived and I was able to put these anathemas to the test, the harrowing feeling that I had been had started to sink in. Contrary to the claim of everlasting brute strength and the durability of graphene, these toothpicks started breaking left and right. Literally every swing of the club, snapped in half. One of them broke just bearing the weight of the golf ball for too long. Another broke as I glared at it with a piercing stare. And then, as if the manufacturer had devised some sort of sick practical joke, I became unable to place my ball on one of these frail twigs. I tried desperately, over and over, occasionally glancing up at my increasingly impatient playing partners, beads of sweat dripping down my face as I frantically attempted to tee this thing up. And then, I took a closer look, only to discover a small dimple in the top of the tee, rendering it completely useless. At that point, I had become the laughing stock of my foursome as I broke another one shoving it into the ground and pulled out yet another with a massive chip out of the top. When a playing partner finally took pity upon me and tossed me a real tee, I took my shot, put my head down, and slunked back to my golf cart in utter shame and defeat. I would donate the rest of the bag, but I don't want to fracture any relationship I have with local charities, or put some poor kid in the same situation that I had survived when using these cotton swabs for the first time. Do yourself a favor and buy a different product. Or just hit off the deck. And if you see somebody else who has been hoodwinked into buying these pretzel sticks, give quarter.

Last year someone gave me a bamboo tee and I liked it very much. I received my tees and this past weekend I went golfing. I broke two tees golfing 18 holes. These tees I brought do not feel as strong as the one I received last year. I will golf again in about week and try again and see what happens.

The tees are fine but they are the longer ones, not the short tees I ordered.

I don`t use the tees for golf I use them to close up hole that sometimes i drill in the wrong place on the wood and it comes in handy to close up the hole

An excellent addition to my golf bag, never again back to plastic!
