No sugar, tastes great, truly hydrating!
I typically loathe electrolyte drinks like Gatorage with 44g of carbs, loaded with sugar and artificial flavors/colors. I'm an avid hiker and go for hours at a time but I have had a longtime chronic problem with low sodium. Not anymore! I've even told my doctor and trainer about it. I love the taste (fruit punch is my favorite) as the flavor is delicious but not nauseatingly sweet. I'm a huge fan! Try it - you will not be disappointed.

Best Sports / Hydration Drink!
This is an excellent option for a sports hydration drink! Better than Gatorade and Liquid IV - less sugar (way less) and it has vitamin D! Also, tastes amazing! Bit expensive but so worth it if you need a bit more than water to stay hydrated or if you just don’t like water!

NO TASTE. VERY DISAPPOINTED
No taste. Definitely very disappointed. Having pots I look for a good taste with my water and these really went straight to the trash. Really wishing the flavor was there. Bc the price is also up there. If looking for good flavor i recommend the kool-aid hydrate

Best electrolyte drink!
We have tried them all and this is the best--flavors & added vitamin D make it worth extra expense. Drink it for hydration, our daughter has a hard time drinking water--this really helps. We have it to help hydrate or after working out, really best overall!
