This product feels great on the skin & softens it immediately upon putting it on, but unfortunately it also turns out to be very drying. I had to stop using it after 3 days of using it once a day. My older, thin, and already dry skin just did not do well. The Company was amazing though - that is why I gave it 4 stars. They reached out several times to me to help me use it, and offered to send me other more moisturizing options if I wanted them. They really stand behind their products and they really provide amazing customer service. They advised that people must really start out very slow with the cream - use it once every 3 - 5 days, etc. until the skin gets used to it. And I know that my skin issues are not easy - I have had reactions to many products simply because my skin is very dry.

I am 46 years old and began using the TruSkin products about 10 months ago, but I saw results somewhere between 30-60 days. Please give the product some time to see fantastic results. I suffered from severe acne during my late teens and early twenties and so now have acne scars. As I aged and my skin began to lose elasticity, etc, the appearance of the scars became worse. During a consultation with a plastic surgeon he suggested that the first thing I should try is to improve the overall health of my skin and that would in turn improve the appearance of the scarring. I spent a long time doing a lot of research about what would work best (Vitamin C, Vit E, Green tea, etc.) and looking for something reasonably priced and not full of toxic chemicals. I decided to try TruSkin Vitamin C Serum. I think the thing that kept me coming back for more was the very positive experience I had with the company from the start. I received a helpful and informative email from Erica. It was not pushy. It was encouraging. She encouraged me to try another 30 days of the serum and if I was not happy with my results I would be refunded. I decided to go with my gut and trust that this would be a positive experience. 60 days in (actually, sooner) I could absolutely see an improvement. I am now using not only the C SERUM, but the HA SERUM, the EYE GEL, the C MOISTURIZER CREAM, and the RETINOL MOISTURIZER every day, twice a day. To clarify, I use the C Moisturizer in the morning and the Retinol Moisturizer at night, everyday. I do not use both of those twice per day. Also, a few times a week, I use the TEA TREE CLEAR SKIN SERUM and the C-PLUS SUPER SERUM. I don't think they are meant for daily use. I tone with organic witch hazel twice a day as my first step, and as my final step, twice a day, after everything has had a chance to absorb, I finish with organic Argan or Apricot Kernel Oil. I am very diligent. Maybe once a week I may not do my nightly regimen if I am super tired. I think that it's important to be consistent. Because I use so many of the products I can't say for sure which of them may be the most helpful or if it is the combination of all of them, but I see a significant improvement in my skin and I have received compliments, which I think is the true tell. My skin looks smooth and my pores are significantly smaller. The fine lines and wrinkles are diminished. The overall appearance and health of my skin has vastly improved and because of that, the appearance of the acne scarring has improved. I know that nothing is going to make the scars go away. I just wanted an improvement and that is what I have seen. I also feel that I look younger and that is a bonus! I would not hesitate to recommend any of these products to anyone. As I mentioned, the customer service is also amazing. Erica has been extremely responsive and also proactive in reaching out, which is so refreshing. She seems to genuinely care about my experience and satisfaction. So thankful for TruSkin :)

I decided on giving the TruSkin Retinol Moisturizer a try after having had great results with the Vitamin C Serum. I wanted a nighttime moisturizer as I had already purchased the TruSkin Vitamin C Daily Facial Moisturizer to use primarily as my daytime moisturizer. Also, living in Florida I really did not want to use a moisturizer with retinol in the daytime. I have been using the Retinol Moisturizer for almost 3 months now and I am so pleased with the results that I am already planning on purchasing the bigger 4-oz bottle before my tube is finished. The Retinol Moisturizer is so light, non-greasy and just sinks right in. It has really made a noticeable difference in my skin. I purchased the Retinol Moisturizer because I wanted an intensive moisturizer to help with wrinkles around my eyes and on my forehead. I can honestly say that since using the Retinol Moisturizer, along with the other aforementioned products, I can happily see vast improvements in my skin. My wrinkles are decreasing and where once really pronounced have just lessened immensely. Before I did not need bright lighting or to stand close to the mirror to see especially my forehead wrinkles and now it’s the opposite. Now, to see them I have to do just that. I am 36 years old and, thanks to this product and the TruSkin line, I do not look my age. I am so thankful to have come across this product and this line. I punched the face wash, Vitamin C serum, and this face moisturizer, for some reason I did not do much for my skin as the truSkin vitamin C serum did. I am not sure if I have to wait for 12 weeks as skin regeneration takes 12 weeks. I have oily to dry skin, but this moisturizer made my skin too oily. The quality and the smell is of this product okay, I am a nurse and I decided to use this as a hand cream as it made the skin of my hands more hydrated and soft.

I loved the cream , so easy to put on and hardly any scent to it , I've used for 2 days and to be honest my skin feels amazing !! Definitely recommend this.
