Good light but did doesn't stay on all night.

Good size but still trying to get it to work the way it is supposed to.
It was somewhat easy to install but it is not working the way we expected. It is too dim and when we use the remote control to brighten it does not do a thing. This purchase was for my parent’s backyard for their safety and well-being without the cost. I have been trying to reach the seller for some assistance on a replacement or possibly a refund since it is not working properly. Thank you!
