Great Product!
A simple concept coupled with easy installation. This product solves a problem that has existed for many years with flimsy and leaky vents on RVs. This will allow you to travel with your vent open and obviously will protect the inside of your RV from rain when you have the vent open allowing your RV to vent better. Overall, I highly recommend purchasing these vents. One thing to consider is to purchase the smoke or white colored vents as the black vents will make you lose the natural light you get from the factory RV flip open vents. Some folks may like that, but I do miss the natural light. Especially in the bathroom as our RV has no windows. Again, I highly recommend this product!

Black works great in sleeping area.
This was for a trailer I no longer have it was really good. I got the black even though the vent was in the bathroom and really made it dark. It matched everything on the roof. But the black is really good in the sleeping area.

Good quality
Bought two of these for a camper. Easy to install and very good quality. Gives the option to leave the vent lid open even if it's raining, and still have ventilation.

Works great
It blocks out the morning sun in the bedroom and yet keeps the air coming in. Much cheaper then at an RV dealer, plus a 10 min install with great directions.

Maxx Air is the best!
This purchase was for my second RV after six years of owning the first one where I also had a Maxx Air vent over the bathroom roof vent. These to me are an essential item for all RVs. They allow you to keep your roof vents open to control moisture. Our bathroom roof vent is open 24x7x365 at least a quarter of an inch. This allows moisture to escape in all seasons and keep your interior windows form fogging, etc... Its just good practice! Max Air is easy to install, and a ridiculously good value for the money you pay for it. My first one six years ago was $60 or so.

Easy installation! Match perfectly! Allows for air flow with very little outside noise. A lot less expensive than the RV parts stores!

Worth The Money
Overall I think this vent cap is great. I have (3) Of them on my camper and have the vent wide open. We had rain for 2 days straight and I actually thought prior to looking that rain water would be on the floor or beds under the vent openings. To my surprise everything was dry and the camper no longer had that winter storage smell. Very easy to install. The only change I would be would be using Metal Screws instead of having to drill holes. The hardware screws they sent seems a bit on the cheap side. But overall I'd still give stars. Money well spent and simple to install.

Love it
Ordered the black because white wasn't in stocks and sure glad we did. The cover was easy to put on, @ 20 mins. Found with the black cover not as much light comes in which is fine cause it's over our bed. Our vent can't open all the way now due to the cover but I'm fine with that. Have piece of mind knowing no rain can come in and we still get fresh air.
