I love this Portable fish finder because of the price and the quality. I can't believe that for this quality of a LCD screen and the Precision that it has it's this affordable. I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he is super impressed with it! It tells you how deep to fish or are so he just has to drop his line he has a reader that tells him how long has line has gone down and Bam he's got that fish!! I know it's not color but it does the job with black and white that's all you need to know is where it's at no fancy stuff. Why pay more for things you don't need, this is practical. I love how this is easily chargeable to saves me on batteries. I would definitely recommend this for any fisherman my husband is very pleased with it. I absolutely love fishing and I've been looking for a cost effective but nice fish finder. This fish finder broke the mold! It works great and it's affordable.We have been fishing in some unfamiliar spots and we wanted to get a better idea of the depth of the water along with how many fish there were. This product was super easy to use and seems to be very accurate along with the fish finder my husband purchased at the same time. The depth range is up to 100m and will display bottom rock or grass. It has an audible fish alarm which is great so you don't have to be constantly watching the monitor.It does require 4 alkaline batteries which are not included. We just picked some up at our local store or you can order them on Amazon.I'm very impressed with this fish finder. It serves it's purpose and I'm extremely happy with it. This fish finder is an excellent tool to have in your fisher's arsenal. You can set the depth reading to feet or meters for a maximum reading up to 100M. The differences in readings are appropriate to the unit of measure chosen. The are 5 user selectable sensitivity settings to choose and the fish location indicator is my favorite thing about this device.
