Nice Crispy Coating
I really was pleasantly suprised by this. Used it to bread some chicken breast and ended up with a nice crisp coating that didn't come off in the frying pan. You do need to add seasoning to your coating. Very good product!

Make your fish great!
This product is wonderful because you can control the amount of salt in your mix. It provides a nice light batter instead of a thick, sodium-laden one. Works for chicken as well!
