Damaged Item, No return or replace option
All three bags were vacuum sealed together into a tight brick. The bon bons are all squished together into a flat layer. No longer soft and round just a flat little brick. And no return or refund option

So these are the best candies... what are they, what is a bon bon? ... basically a gourmet starburst with natural taste. These will change your life.

These are very tart and yummy. I got them in the winter time, so shouldn’t have been through heat. BUT they were a bit of a melted blob. Still yummy, but not great candy bowl appearance.

I ordered these because they were supposed to be chewy. There's nothing soft about them. Super hard = super disappointed.

I have ordered these a few times before, they are my daughter’s favorite. This time they arrived melted and smashed. Had to call customer service to get a refund.
