Nostalgic and Artistic!
These games are everything I remember; fantastical animation for it's time (and comparatively, even today) hard to beat, and fun music that brings back amazing memories of VHS and sega times! It transfers nicely to the switch, and the controls are unexplained but not necessary to have a tutorial (hold down to roll Simba, jump with B, etc). And of course, just as FREAKING DIFFICULT to advance. The switch conversion of these games feature a "Museum" with three major parts: 1) videos-where you can watch videos on how the Disney animators helped create the games into 'playable cartoons', and on the games creation in general. 2) Game art(Aladdin Only)- the specifics of how animators drew the mechanics in early stages of the game. 3) Movie art- color schemes of character design and early art of the movie's production. It also has a "Soundtrack" feature where you can listen to the 8-bit styled songs featured in the games.Overall, this was probably one of the best purchases I could have made for the switch, because not onl does it bring me the beloved games to modern day, but it also has an unexpected amount of info on the art and design that anyone can appreciate! I will probably be stuck on level two just like I was all those years ago, but I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Old classics I grew up with
I bought this and love all the version on it; you can buy the jungle book dlc from the eshop and it works fine with it.

Know What You're Buying
An excellent modern remake of 16 bit classics. A big highlight though is to know what you're buying.A lot of other reviews here seem to be complaining they thought it had the SNES Aladdin, but it has the Genesis version. Seeing as how the Genesis is the definitive version for this game, and that even the original developers for the SNES version preferred it to their own (SNES has no sword), I think that's a fair choice to include.Other reviews don't seem to like the scaling options, complaining they look pixilated. They're originally 240p content from 16 bit consoles, of course they are pixilated. That's kind of the point.... That being said, the game does offer a nice variety of scaling options, and borders that can be turned on or off. This is an excellent collection, so long as you know what you're actually buying.

A game retro players will love.
Retro players will enjoy this game, not so sure about modern players, mainly because of the graphys and the size of the screen. The cartridge includes:Aladdin: Sega version and it's final cut version + Demo version + Japanese version + Gameboy and Gameboy Color version. The Lion King: SNES version + Sega version + Japanese version + Gameboy and Gameboy color version. It also includes soundtrack and Museum (interviews with the developers) for both games. The games allow rewind function. As for the screen: you can set it to Full, Stretch and Sharp. Widescreen is not available. There's a filter feature that improves the image quality for LCD, TV or Monitor display.

If you played the originals... you will LOVE these
Such a fun nostalgic game combo. I loved playing these games on my Sega Genesis way back in the day. These were two of my favorite. Now they just need to bring back Jurassic Park. The games play exactly as I remember. And there is an awesome rewind feature so you can avoid those easy mistakes. The games are definitely easier than I remember, but I was also like 8 when I originally played these. No doubt a five star product!

Just like you remember
I mainly got this for the Aladdin game I used to play it when I was very young. I’ve never played the lion King game before, It was quite fun. Both games are a lot harder than I remember🤣 my almost 7yr old plays and has fun but can get frustrated. The game also let’s you rewind which is very interesting. It helps though.

hard to switch the games
The first game that comes on is Aladdin. It was a cute game though hard for me to jump fast when this grandma needed to, but I am no expert! I enjoyed the music the most while playing.I wanted to try the Lion King game and was thinking it wan't even there it took me forever to find it and It took me a while to switch back as well. I may have it in the beginning mode where you can pick one or the other. This many have been used and saved on the Aladdin game which makes sense why it came up the way it did. Knowing that it was still tricky to switch back and forth.. or rather exit one game so you could get to into the other one.The Lion King was cute and like the Aladdin game there are several games to play from the Movie. One him catching a butterfly as a cub with his cute ROAR!, another as a grown lion and another in the avalanche & chaos of the running herd when his father dies. I only played the cub one and it was very cute. Alas this old Grandma couldn't get very far but it was fun playing with and hopefully my grandkids will think so too.

Good remake & combo. Don't have a sega/hate emulators, can comfortably play again on the switch.
Package came in perfect condition, I love the old classics and I love the switch. I was over those emulators you put on your phone/tablet just to play these games again. They're both fun, and I love the combo they chose to combine for this remake. Some people still sell these original classics seperately online for a lot of money so its definitely a good buy in my opinion.
