Worked a few times
Pull starter arrived quickly and in good condition. Installed in a couple minutes with ease. Started my leaf blower about five times, then the rope was stuck all the way out, would not retract. Not worth doing a return, it was only 10 bucks. I'm currently starting my blower with a ryobi drill and 14mm socket. When I buy another pull start, I'll probably go for genuine parts.

i inspected it to make sure it's tight and correctly adjusted it and i even put in some oil to prevent rust and it's working out great, bought another one for backup. The dealer wanted 40 bucks each.

Not a good fit
This item did not fit my backpack blower.

echo 5000 leaf blower pull starter
The spring broke on the original starter. This unit is the correct replacement. Installs easily and works as original.

Keeps breaking
I have went through 2 of these in 2 weeks....the first one the spring srung on it. The second one got stuck with the string out. Now I have a backpack blower I can't use.

The recoil was identical except 1 point. It was too big. Other than that it would have been perfect.
