GREAT product, but the details will kill it.
Don't get me wrong: the product I LOVE. It's a fun way to decorate - and provide texture on a wall. i'm not a decorator, but these make me feel like I can pull a room together all by myself.I have several, with two risers, and I love the texture it gives a wall. Really easy to set up. I don't really care about the level, but if you do it right (those command strips work only when they're really well stuck into the back of the frame), they are really easy to put together. And, if you don't get it quite right, the command strips make it easy to keep tweaking until you get it perfect. In a perfect world, I'd buy 10 more, and this is how I would decorate my house. I'd change them out every now and again (the front panel is magnetically attached - once the frame is set, you can change out the panels really easily).Problems that I do have:1) The priceI look at the product that delivered and, if it was $10, it'd be a no-brainer - I'd buy one every time I went to Target (why aren't they in Target? That's another problem I have. I don't shop at Wal-mart. I make a LOT of impulse buys at Target. Almost none online). If it was $15, I'd buy them anytime they were 20% off (or on cartwheel - again, really wish these were in target)2) Picture availabilityWhere are the Holiday updates? I'd love to trade out my current set-up for a pumpkin / snowflake / turkey. Honestly, I also wish there were plain colors - once you have one or two with a picture, a plain blue / red would be nice to accent the underlying wall color. It would also be a cool way to test-run a new paint color.3) Why can't I just buy more front panels?I have enough frames - I've made the wall design that I want. Now, I want to buy some more front panels and change them in and out with the seasons. I would buy 20 panels, but I really don't need 20 frames - that's a storage problem I don't want.If there were more options, and they were at an appropriate price point (seriously - cut out the box and shrinkwrap them, price panels separately, and ditch the level if you have to. These need to be under $15.), they'd be an impulse purchase that I'd make every time I saw them. Unfortunately, they're not in retail stores I shop, and I won't pay $25 for another one.

Little pop of color...simple to use.
Sorry that 3M stopped making these. I love using these in the classroom for graphic patterns and the internal magnet can be used to hold light-weight posters. The tiles that I currently have in my classroom have been hanging for 2 years (on cinder block walls) and are still secure. Great product for my needs.

Love it, got the dry erase for quick reminders
Love it, got the dry erase for quick reminders. Hung up quick and easy. I also got it at a bargin, a lot of the bad reviews seen to be due to the price, I paid under $4, so to be it was a great deal for the simple use I needed it for.

Pretty Easy. Read Instructions (plus these tips)
Firstly, how can Command Wall Hanging Systems Market these kits? You can’t really understand how cool they are until you get them in your hands. I recommend J-J-J-Jinx video review posted on 4/27/15, and also some of the reviews with photos. This system can really “class up the joint” with very little work. These 3-dimensional display boxes really pop, and project a pro-decorator aura at a really low price. So: mucho aesthetic bang for the buck. The kit we were provided with to review came with 3 tiles, one riser and 4 strips packaged together. The corners of each “art tile” were protected by thick cardboard. There is one extra “strip” in case you make a mistake. There are individual levels on each “base", so you can easily make sure it’s straight before pressing down to affix the strip to the wall. All in all a well-thought-out system to make it super easy to spiff up a wall.My only nits are these: - It says to wipe the wall with rubbing alcohol. They’ve done such a great job of making it so easy, but there were no alcohol pads. That seems like an easy add to really ensure these successfully adhere to the wall. - The plastic transparency over the photo is anti-glare so the photo is not seen quite as clearly as it would be through glass. Also, if you stand close, the slightest raggedness at the outboard edges of the box tend to look white against the black background, which looks a bit cheap. Here are a few tips:1. Read the instructions and look at the individual pieces and understand how the system works before you install. Although the system is pretty forgiving, so even if you don’t, you won’t get in too much trouble.2. When cleaning the wall with rubbing alcohol, mark where you’ve cleaned it, so you don’t lose track once it’s dry.3. When they say to affix the base to the wall, don’t affix the riser if you have one. The base has a level, the risers don’t.I love the risers, I really like overlapped look. The magnets are way cool, I love how easy it is to pop the artwork off to change it out, and . alignment is automatically perfect If you’re creative, once you have the base system installed it seems like it would be easy to customize these.-Mrs. Js... mostly
