Somfy Situo Pure II RTS Single Channel Remote (Replaces Telis 1)

Our remote broke, this one was easy to link to our sunsetter awning and works great. Seems a little pricey for a replacement remote, but its better than having to hand crank the sunsetter in and out.

Our first generation remote broke and bought this one in hopes that it would seamlessly replace. After following the programming directions, it worked for our shade and was an affordable replacement with quick shipping.

I have had the worst customer service by this company. It should pair easily but it did not. I’ve called the electrician who paired my first one. He and I went thru all the written and googled instructions but there is a problem. The problem is not in the FAQ, I have left 3 messages with the company over several months with no response. Never buy from them! They have the worst customer service.

Great remote control! Very easy to pair with motor which is already 12 years old. The sticky tape for attaching the holder case to the wall should have additional wholes to attach it to rough surfaces like stucco.

I bought this to replace a Somfy Telis 1 RTS remote that worked but was 15 years old. Figured it would be nice to have a backup in case the old one got lost or was broken. Unpacked the new remote, read the manual on how to add a new remote assuming there was an old remote around so that the new one could copy the code. The first time I was not successful. In fact the old remote now didn't work. I figured I would have to call Somfy tech support for help. But, after disconnecting power to the awning and waiting 20-30 seconds before applying power again, I tried the old remote again. It was now working.. Proceeded to "Add a new remote". This time the new remote worked as well as the old one. Success!!! So wanted to share this solution in case someone else has this problem.

The instructions aren't clear. If you're getting a 2nd one, you need to use your original remote to program it.

Don’t doubt buy it worth every penny!!!
