Costume defective. Took months to get a partial refund. Do not purchase.

Collar was defective and could not be worn. Returned. Seller offered no credit until we got Amazon involved. Only partial credit months later after repeated emails. Buy elsewhere. Terrible seller should be kicked off Amazon system.
