We all know is an expensive tool, but it offers efficiency and the best quality sanding. I would recommend the 2.5 with either mirka or 3M sandpaper.

Significantly more expensive than big brands but very well built. I own a flooring business and this fits under most toe kicks. The dust containment is amazing for the profile. It's so comfortable and fits in your hands so well and it doesn't vibrate all crazy either

Been through many RA sanders; and I can finally say that this will be the LAST brand I ever buy. This thing is amazing. 600 grit sanding with low speed setting on wenge and you end up with a mirror finish. I can't do a better job with a freshly tuned card scraper. No lie. I didn't believe it at first when I heard about this sander from a fellow woodworker; but every word he said is true. Even though I rigged this sander to a crummy $80 vacuum with a hose/zip ties I still collect more dust than I can even believe sometimes. Must use with abranet and abranet gripped face protectors.

I bought this 6” sander in May of 2022. I am a Contractor/cabinet builder. Not full time in my shop. Probably had 200 hours of actual use and the motor completely stop. Light flashes red. It always felt like it was going to vibrate apart. Feels cheap compared to Festool. I tossed it back in the case and maybe I’ll see how much it is to have it repaired. Very disappointing for the cost. Should have lasted for 10 years with the light use I put on it. If you’re going to spend the money get Festool. I like how light weight it is and the paddel. (The main reason I got it.)

Love the sander, much less vibration than my other ROS. I just wish the vacuum hose was included in the kit instead of having to buy one after the fact.

As an avid festool user for many years, i thought there was no greater, but Mirka really topped the charts, that was for the 1 hour and 43 minutes of its life until the motor suddenly quit. With 3M cubitron 2 paper, this sander is pretty quiet, and runs very smooth. The ergonomics are perfect and the Festool 27mm hose slipped right onto the back. The dust port swivels so it just makes it really easy to maneuver when the sander isn't "sanding" The digital speed lights are a bit gimmicky and just flash upon pressing the buttons. The newer Deros 2, in Europe, now provides several lights to take out the guessing game of what speed you're using. Despite the sander dying so early, and never being dropped, I have returned it only 5 days later but have proceeded to try a new unit. There is a 2 year warrantry + 1 extra year when you register, but as this unit died before the 30 day return window, Ill let Mirka eat the shipping costs. If Mirka could get their act together with the motor and speed controller issues, it would be unmatched.

Love this sander especially when using mirka sanding disks and vacuum (I use my Festool). The dust collection is excellent.
