This is the most succinct, powerful, and compelling book I have read on abundance. Embracing the Divine Truth emanating from it has already shifted my heart and mind posture toward situations around money and prosperity that were lifelong patterns. Everything in this book deeply resonates and most importantly, aligns with Divine Love. Thank you, Marianne, for being the vehicle through which The Divine speaks so we all can remember and allow miracles.

Marianne Williamson is so loving, and so full of wisdom, that reading her is like giving your soul a warm bubble bath, with scented candles burning, and a glass of wine in hand. The cares of the material world just drop away, and you feel both soothed and refreshed at the same time. Her words speak directly to our battered souls who endure a material world intent on making us think we're unworthy of anything.And as Marianne says, 'we're not depressed because the world is depressed, the world is depressed because we are'. No kidding.So, Marianne's latest book speaks to us about abundance, and her timing could be better. We could all use some abundance just to keep up with this depressed world's economy. Marianne takes us through, first who we are, and why we ALL deserve God's abundance, to why we don't have it, and how we can get it. Throughout every chapter you find short guided prayers and meditations that can start us on our way to having all the we could ever dream of in this world.And, ironically, it's by giving up the world and concentrating on who we really are, that we are rewarded with the abundance of the world. Doesn't every parent want the best for their child? Can we expect anything less from our loving Creator/parent/father/mother/God?Starting off with a quote by the brilliant, and very spiritual Albert Einstein, Marianne totally sums up her book. "The most important decision we make is whether we believe we live in a friend or a hostile universe." Over my many years on Earth, I've noted that people get exactly what they expect out of life. Marianne tells us why this is.Chapter by chapter, she shows us how to not only have abundance in our lives, but how to live better, richer, more loving, and fulfilling lives. Marianne says that the only thing blocking us from God's abundance(love personified) is our shutting ourselves off from love. And isn't that the truth. Put love first in your life, and you'll be amazed at how the universe rewards you. As I've always told our children, and anyone else unfortunately to be around when I get on my soapbox, is do what you LOVE and you'll always be happy. Do what you love and the money will flow towards you because you'll be doing it with passion, and excitement, and you'll be a joy to be around. People can't help but want to be around someone passionate about what they're doing because it's magnetic. See, I can't even give a review without getting on my 'do what you love' soapbox.But seriously, Marianne Williamson is a wonderful writer and she gives us just what we need to feel whole and loved by God our creator. And the only thing I didn't like about this book was the cover. It looks dated, and a bit depressing. Marianne should be on the cover because she practically glows with soul light.

Truly enjoyed this book. I have recommended it to others. Offers lots to think about. I’ve read it twice. Read it, take what speaks to you from it.

The book is written in a simple way but with strong concepts.It helps you understand the relationship between you, God and other beings.The author tries to explain how the world works at an unseen level encourages you to think, be and act like your best version of yourself.

This book was a little too Christian for my liking but it was easy for me to replace "The God" she clearly was talking about with "a god" (or gods).... especially since her opinions of this God didn't match at all with traditional fundamental Christian beliefs. Other than that, it is a great book and the points she drives home so well make perfect sense even without an god at all! If everyone followed the ideas in this book this world would be far better off. I know from experience this stuff works. It's not wishful thinking, fantasy, coincidence or imagination. I know this book can help people find a better and happier path in life no matter what their circumstances are.I know nothing about the author.... if she is Christian and toning it down to write a book that reaches more people or non-Christian and trying to reach out to more Christians.... it doesn't really matter, but 1 star was removed for pandering to a specific religion. I felt it was completely unnecessary, especially the few times she speaks specifically about the Christian Bible.

I am halfway through this book and loving it. At first I could't get started. Then I had a hard time getting past chapter 2 but I knew it was me that was the problem. After several weeks of carrying it with me but not opening I ordered it on Audible and now am reading it and feel so blessed at getting myself to read this book. Sometimes I just listen, other times I read along with the audio listen. This book provides me with so much insight to my thoughts on money, who my role models are/were and how I have been blocking myself and standing mentally and emotionally in the way of financial success.

As a business owner now embarking on a new adventure, this book has been transformative. The simply-worded wisdom has not only soothed the mind, but also calmed theemotions. It has instilled confidence in my ability to be the right vessel to bring forth Prana Bar, an instrument to do Thy will on earth 🌎.Thank you, Marianne Williamson!

What I wrote only begins to answer why reading Chapter 3 excerpted online or digesting the whole book over time, could change many lives forever.I Love Love. I Love berries... and I've Loved Marianne Williamson and her message for many (many) years. I received her newest book "The Law Of Divine Compensation" as a gift from a close friend who knows how much Marianne's original book "A Return To Love" made a difference in my life. I've been reading it in the evenings and it's like, WOW. In this book, Marianne again returns to Love and it is so gratifying to read it now and find out just how much I've learned to understand without even thinking about it anymore. I will always have much to learn, and within these pages is a gold mine of wisdom for everyone alive, me, too.Chapter Three: Making Love the Bottom Line
