Phenomenal Resource for Practicing the Vimala Alphabet
This is a must have supplemental text to "Your Handwriting Can Change Your Life". It gives you another teacher's perspective on the letters and their meaning, through her own experience. Jennifer is a wonderful and enlightened spiritual coach who I've worked with on two separate 40 Day challenges, which were some of the most positive, productive, and transformative time in my life, without exaggeration. Something really shifts when you commit to doing something every day, focusing on what you want, and working other activities around it no matter what. Other's here have said the letters are too big, but this is done deliberately. By forcing yourself to write bigger, you have to really analyze and control your stroke. I would scan pages into my computer and then print off a practice page of the letter I wanted to practice, and work on tracing the correct form. It shakes you out of your comfort zone and helps to rewire you habits. To me it's almost like working out with a weighted vest, when you go to write for on your own outside of the exercises, it's like you're taking the vest off, and suddenly you're lighter, faster, and more precise than before. Towards the end of my last 40 Day cycle, I really finally understood the title of this book-- writing a certain way is like a physical habit, much like smiling or holding bad posture. Once you change the way you write, you automatically start thinking and behaving differently-- you are literally rewiring your brain. This work is an incredible, mystical technology for change, and I'm so grateful I took the plunge and did it. If you're feeling called to it, I highly suggest you honor it, and this book could be a really great resource for you.

Very helpful practicum to accompany "Handwriting can change your life"
Great resource for literacy teachers; adds so much value to the experience of writing, especially as it increasingly competes with typing for pure efficiency. I would love to have this book in digital format so that I can print out the pages as needed. I wouldn't ever write in a book, even one designed for practicing handwriting. Thank you, Ms Crebbin, for putting your approval to be used on each page. That's a gracious means of support for all teachers! :)

Good as an exercise book when writing in big format
I thought the title of the book implied a more personal account on how the letters actually danced the writer. I would say 90% of the book is like a note book for us to copy the letters as an exercise. The letters are quite big so if you want to use this as an exercise you will need to recalibrate the size of your handwriting in comparison to the exercise in the book. Not a criticism but at least you get to know what happens when you get the book.I had seen some videos from the author on how she talked about the specific letters and felt that maybe this book would offer some of her PERSONAL DISTILLATION on the matter, but this was hardly found in the text. The book is a calligraphy exercise book with brielf BRIEF descriptions of the letters. I imagine this is so due to copyright issues with the original author and creator of this writing script.

Powerful transformation tool right at your finger tips
The author of this book has created an easy to follow product that teaches anyone how to write the Vimala Alphabet. She has taken the mystery out of forming the letters and created clear, concise directions to follow. This book not only allows the writer to learn how to form the letters, it also teaches the writer the energy or essence of each letter. An excellent book for writers of all ages. She invites you to experience the powerful transformational tool the Vimala Alphabet has to offer.

Very helpful!
Great workbook to learn the letters. I like reading Jennifer Crebbin's interpretation of the letters. Gives me a broader perspective than just the Vimala guidebook.
