This is the best sports take around! Much better than KT tape and stays on in the shower / tub for days. Really helps Would say if you have sensitive skin it could be an issue. Take off with care if switching within 3 or less days.

First this is extremely durable. Second it kinda hurts to take off:/And third I don’t know if it’s helping yet as all I’m doing is watching taping videos and trying this for my plantar fasciitis

Amazing kinesiology tape that I use regularly during my workouts. Numerous friends of mine also work out and I suggested they purchase this tape - they absolutely love it! Not only is it more affordable than name brand tapes, but it also provides possibly even better results due to its superior quality.

I tried 2 other brands, but they irritated my skin - Stark tape does not! It stabilizes my foot and provides some relief. It's thin and very flexible and, as others have noted, it stays in place (even in the shower). The only minor issue I have with it is that it is very thin (hence the flexibility) and sometimes it will stick to itself when putting it on and, like plastic wrap, sticks to itself. Annoying but not a big deal.

Looks like the average K-Tape but this version seems off and not as effective as the normal K-tape. I'll give it a bit more time to do an update. So far, the pain is still intensively present, even with the application of this tape, compared to the normal K-Tape.
