great value for a small child!

We bought this for our youngest grandsons birthday, he being 3. Opening the box we needed to read the manual to help to unfold the scooter, the locking mechanism needed to be retracted, the handle pulled back, before you can raise it to a riding position. The folding of the handle is great for storage and portability, that being most useful. It seems very sturdy once the handle is locked into place. Please see my photos. The base of the scooter, where he placed his foot, is made from a material that is very non slip, excellent for grip. He did not need to use the back brake much, being 3 he is not really making use of that functionality at this point. He is considered tall for his age and yet there seems much potential for growth to still be useful. The two front wheels do not steer, as such, but the leaning to one side and then the other is used for turning, he was able to do that easily. The quality of the scooter and durability seems good enough. Overall we were very pleased with the scooter, our grandson liming it. The reason to drop a star.........a little expensive at close to £30. I do hope this has been useful for you. Recommended.

Brilliant quality, look very sturdy and stylish. I have bought 2 for my 2 granddaughters, 1 is 3 and 1 is 4, so these will be great to stop any arguments between the 2 as they have 1 each. The height adjustment is great because they can swap them and all you need to do is drop/raise the handlebars, colours are bright and they are very lightweight so little ones can push them quite easily x

Initially I would have given this 5 stars as for the price, it was great quality and easy to use etc. however, after only 3 months of light use during summer months (not used everyday/in bad weather) the rubber on the wheels is starting to really wear away to the point where it’s not really usable anymore! Twice my son got thrown over the front of it as the back wheel was getting jammed! Really disappointed - have learnt my lesson and will spend a bit more money on a better quality one.

A week after, it doesn’t stand anymore. Could not return as this was a Christmas gift for my nephews and the dropped the box at my side as I dropped it in the bin and they took the scooter home. But will leave this reveal here as it is not durable.

All good besides for the break. It is too close to the wheel so small dirt can easily get stuck between the wheel and the break but this is a (worthwhile) easy fix. i have no experience with tools but it took just minutes. i just unscrewed the break, removed the metal piece from beneath it and replaced the plastic brake back into place. besides for that its a really good scooter my child has had it for a year and still loves to ride on it. he is just over 3 now and it perfect age i can imagine it will still be fine for him in 2-3 years also since it still looks great and he uses it a lot. Very worthwhile buy, so happy with it. (i love the choice of colours too) i paid £29.99 a year ago and it's still the same price today.
