Premier Protein Premier Clear Protein Drink Peach (12/16.9 Fl Oz Net Wt 202.8)

This is the Premier Protein Shake, Café Latte flavor. I've bought it repeatedly, and I always buy the 12-packs. Major plus points for me: * 30g Protein. One of the highest protein amounts you can get in a prepared shake for a decent enough price. * Only 1 gram of total sugar and 0 added sugars while also low-fat with only 3 grams fat, 1 gram of that being saturated. Often when something is advertised as low carb/sugar, it will have extra fat and low-fat usually means more added sugars because companies do this to improve/balance taste. This product is low on both and thus, makes a great meal replacement if you'd like to lose weight or stay lean while also tasting fantastic. * Each container is 11 oz/325 ml, which is also the recommended serving size, and this protein shake provides a great protein to weight ratio at only 160 calories per serving. * Again, great taste, both chilled and at room temperature -- hear me out 😅. I suffer from chronic pain in my joints and it takes a while for my pain killers to kick in -- but I want my coffee/caffeine sooner than that. My fridge is downstairs and stairs are hard on me, first thing in the morning. Most of these protein shakes do not taste the same when at room temperature. This one DOES! It's as sweet as you'd expect from a Mocha and smooth as any coffee from your local coffee shop (not grainy or mealy at all). So, I don't have to keep it in the fridge and avoid extra pain that would come with retrieving it from downstairs. * One serving/container has the same caffeine that would be in a cup of coffee -- perfect as I drink it within 30 mins of waking up, rather than just coffee. * It has 24 vitamins and minerals, which makes me worry a bit less about taking vitamins separately (a quarter of daily recommended amounts) and adds to this protein shake's nutritional value. * This is a gluten-free product if you can trust the labeling. * SNAP/EBT-eligible item.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy from my doctor and had to go on a clear liquid diet. I looked into protein drinks for sustenance and checked out a bunch. You can't have anything dyed Red, so that ruled out a major brand because all they had was colored berry flavor and many other brands were VERY expensive. I saw the Premier Clear Protein Drink in one of my favorite flavors, peach, and it was at a much more affordable price than the competitors, so I decided to buy it and try it. I bought the case to save money on the price per unit and have no regrets! The drink does have a slight "texture" kind of aftertaste to it, but it was so subtle I barely noticed. The flavor of it was excellent, and it did seem to help sustain me more on my liquid diet. To be honest, I liked them so much I decided to keep getting them to use as a viable "snack" for when I'm on the run. You don't have to be forced on a clear diet to get flavor and enjoyment out of them, and I would highly recommend them as an alternative to other, much more expensive, Protein drinks.

I do like this protein water mainly because it is not as heavy as a protein shake. But this flavor is super sweet...almost too sweet. Makes me pucker a little when I drink it. There’s no sugar in it but whatever they are using as a sweetener they put a little much in it. But overall a good protein drink

It tastes REALLY great! It's fastest way I've been able to come up with to get protein in and very rapidly absorbed. I can't STAND those heavy milk shake type products. I don't enjoy drinking them and don't like how they digest. This product is quick and rapid to digest and get the job done. The flavor is really great. Very peachy but not fake peachy tasting, IMO. I wanted to amp up my intake as I need as much protein as I can get to alleviate a condition so I got creative. I added it as the cold water half to Jello AND used it as the "water" 1/3rd part in my salad dressing mix. It gave the dressing (I create a Greek/Italian type) a subtle yet seductive sort of a tropical flare. I also went way out there with creativity and poured it over my fond to deglaze chicken & shrimp last night and it turned out incredible! 😋 In summary, fast means to get protein in and rapidly digested when needed and tastes really great PLUS I've found multiple uses for AND can avoid the "milk shake" products which I don't like (and are sooo fattening).

Bought this for my weight loss journey as it was recommended for me however, it was great for fullness, but had a weird aftertaste for my taste buds. I wouldn’t quite knock it out. It would just depend on the person’s taste buds. Would tell anyone to give it a try and see if they like it for themselves. The taste itself was good.

I had bought this because of my love for almost all things peach flavor & its low sugar content (being diabetic & thereby forced to change my diet if I wanted to continue to live). So, I have been doing 2 protein drinks & 1 small meal per day which is how I have lost 197 so far since November of 2017. My dr approved of this diet/lifestyle change. (Always consult your dr before changing your diet). I USUALLY buy Muscle Milk strawberry flavor (also another one of my favorite flavors), but decided that I'd branch out & try something else so as to not get into a rut or become bored. I had such high hopes. Those hopes were, sadly, dashed with this purchase. It left such a nasty aftertaste in my mouth, that after only the 2nd one (I thought maybe it was just something I had to get used to), I ended up pitching the rest of them. It was ALMOST enough to turn me completely off of peaches. Will NOT be making THAT mistake again. I wish I wouldn't have bought so much of it.
