They're great. Good range of nutrients. Good taste. Been using them for months. Easier for me to stay consistent with these gummies. So much more pleasant to use every day than bad tasting horse pills (no offense intended to the other multi-vit caps - just my preference)

I was hoping our girls with food histamine issues would be able to tolerate these. They do have fruit in them, but no sugar. Unfortunately the fruit still impacted them and they cannot tolerate. It gave them an itchy throat, coughing, and headache. The ingredients I feel are a nice quality, touching on many needs. They were firm and yummy. Not too sticky or gooey. I gave them to purchase neighbor teen who doesn't have issues with food. She has no issue with them. She likes that they don't have sugar which can hinder teeth, and all the ingredients that touch many of her needs as a teen. These just may become a staple for her in her home.

My daughter says the taste and smell are disgusting and she refuses to eat another one. It’s unfortunate that the product is not returnable because now I’m stuck with a brand new jar. I agree that they have a poor odor. I’m giving 1 star, only because they appear to be a good value if your child will eat them.
