Happy to report, it took some time, but it works!
While searching for products to keep ear canals dry, I came across the Eustachi. It is not for that purpose, but I ran into it through that search. I had never heard of it and took several hours to research since I have dealt with sinus trouble, nasal issues and Eustachian tube blockage for years.Eustachi helps open Eustachian tubes. It is battery operated (2-AA). When turned on it gently blows air. You place it in one nostril closing the other, begin blowing air into nostril and swallow. Some people prefer a bit of water in their mouth to swallow, making it easier to perform the exercise. I've used both ways and prefer water in my mouth. I read most reviews on Amazon and the company website. Although I was impressed with the claims, I was skeptical it would work for me. It was also a bit expensive for me, but I'd been having a lot of sinus problems, blocked Eustachian tubes and felt it couldn't hurt to try since it had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When it arrived, the case I'd been sent to store it in had a broken zipper and the company quickly sent me a couple more without question.Years ago, I'd go over a small hill in a car and I'd get blocked Eustachian tubes and they wouldn't unblock easily. Trips to mountains or on planes did the same thing. Allergies also caused the same problems. My treatment started and it didn't seem to do much. I was encouraged by the company to continue working with it, using it several times a day and trying it with and without water in my mouth to see if either way worked better for me. They were very helpful. I thought after one week I noticed a little help. After two weeks, I was sure I noticed help, but not anything real terrific. That's when I decided to use the Eustachi and immediately lay down on my right ear (since my left ear is usually worse). I firmly massaged behind my ear and down my neck, in front of my ear and over my sinuses and back down my neck and then repeated maybe three times. All of a sudden, it began to unblock. My nose started running, I began coughing and sputtering and this went on with me doing this procedure over a few days until I finally saw the great benefits! Apparently it was really blocked. I still use that procedure if I begin to feel problems getting worse or my sinuses hurting at all and I try to stay consistent with using the Eustachi regularly.I like the Eustachi really well now and don't want to be without it. It has greatly helped me, though I'm not completely better and will need to continue using it regularly so I can nip problems in the bud instead of them becoming bad. With asthma, sinus problems and allergies, my ears are a real target for problems. Add regularly swimming to all of it and I'm probably creating even more issues for them. I may always have to use it on a consistent basis because this seems to be a weak area in my body, but thankfully I have not had as much tube blockage nor sinus problems and much of the dizziness I experienced regularly has also been helped. It's so simple to do and doesn't take long, it really is worth it and has been and is a great product for me!

Works fairly well - not a panacea
Works - kind of. I use it but it is uncomfortable. I can feel it in my left ear when use it on the right side. More on the right of course. I started with water in my mouth to help swallow. I definitely feel a difference. I was reluctant to use because I have a deviated septum and a porous eardrum but I had no problems. I would give 3 stars but the product is too cheap. There was a little yellow ribbon where the batteries go. I tried to fit it in with the batteries many times. I thought I had done it and replaced the battery cover and snap. I have to hold the case together when I use it which is why 2 stars.

Pops Great But Doesn't Drain Inner Ear Fluid!
Do not be confused- this product will definitely "pop" your ears, but it will not "drain" your ears of inner ear fluid! That said, this does offer great relief of pressure and helps you equalize. I found using it throughout the day, I could improve my muffled hearing situation a bit. I was hoping that this would open my Eustachian tubes and the fluid could then drain but that is not the case. It's still a nice thing to have and helps make this condition more bearable until it heals on its own. It's great to use in the morning to open things up a bit after your head being tilted during sleep. I'd give it 5 stars instantly if it could only drain my ears!

Waste of Money
Let me put it this way, if you have legitable sinus and/or Eustachi tube problems this product is not the magic fix you're hoping for. I myself had issues with the middle ear, specifically fluid and pressure build-up (even worse when i Fly). All this product did was push more air into my ears and make the pressure even worse. If the valsalva maneuver hasn't helped you, this won't either.I do however have some advice for those suffering from ear pressure and eustachian tube dysfunction: Get yourself a strong decongestant (i.e Sudafed) and a nasal decongestant nasal spray(i.e afrin). Now here's the important trick with nasal spray, don't spray up in your nose as instructed. Instead there's a way to aim the spray in your nose so it hits the back of the tubes. The nasal spray needs to be perpendicular to your nose. easiest way is to bend 90 degrees at your waist and spray the bottle into your nose as your face is looking at the ground (parallel to ground). If you can manage to hit the back of your sinus', you will feel much more relief than shooting air into your pathways.
