How to add two new circuits
I used this, to replace a 2-pole 40 amp breaker, and add two 20 amp circuits. Worked great!

Delivered as promised
Breaker was as advertised, but unfortunately this was the wrong breaker for my panel, but the same one provided by the electrician originally. This should have been a Cutler Hammer.
