I bought it to learn how to fly, how to shoot stills and video, maybe as a hobby and maybe more.This aircraft is super easy to fly and it has multiple methods of interfacing with both flight control and the camera through the app as well as the remote.The app actually works consistently and I appreciate that because so many apps, of all types, don't.I have had a chance to try out all of the features, return, circle, gesture, spin, etc. and all of them work quite well. I especially like the one-key take off.The camera is much nicer than I expected. It, does, as one would expect, capture image better outdoors in bright light than it does indoors. Truly though, it doesn't do too bad indoors either with enough light.The on board video that you see here was captured via Wi-Fi on my phone. I haven't tried to capture image on an SD card on board yet but I would imagine that the quality would be significantly better. I will be doing that soon.It's pretty sturdy too. I've crashed into a wall a couple of times, once into the asphalt, and into a satellite dish and no broken pieces...yet!! I'm quite glad for that and equally impressed too.I couldn't be happier with my financial investment, which quite honestly, wasn't really all that much. This aircraft is an excellent deal for the price.Also, if I'm going to invest time, which is even more valuable than money, it's important not to waste time trying to use something that doesn't work properly or as expected. This item works well beyond what I had hoped for.I'm extremely pleased with the Snaptain SP650. I highly recommend it for anyone beginning the UAV journey.Addition on Jan 28, 2020. It included lots of accessories: 2 landing skids, 2*A and 2*B spare rotor blades, 4 propeller protectors, 2 USB charging cables, 2 Li-ion battery, phone clamp, instructions, magnetic screwdriver and spare screws. Pros of the drone:1. great 1080P high definition camera2. novel gesture control and voice control functions3. fun high speed auto yaw and point of interest features4. hovers stably and very responsive to the remote5. extra battery includes Cons:The one-key return button doesn’t work as return button like gps drones does. It just flies backward. All in all, it is a very good drone for both beginners and experts.

Delivery is faster than I thought. The drone looks decent and it is easy to fly. A detailed instruction is included. It helps a lot. All the buttons are illustrated and explained how it will work. The 1080P camera is great. Took clear pictures and videos and the lens are adjustable, manually though. No button to adjust it on remote or in the app. But it’s not a big issue for me. FPV works all right, no latency countered, and you can share the beautiful aerial pictures with friends instantly. And it has a SD card slots so you can attach a micro SD card in and save all your pictures and videos there. The altitude hold works great. It hovers stably in the air. Barely drifts if you calibrate it every time you take it off. That’s how it suggested on the instruction. It indeed helps. It flies faster than I thought when I tuned it to high speed mode. You will hear 3 beeps sound and you know it’s in high speed mode. And when it flies faster, it fights the wind better. Speaking of the voice control, it’s actually fun. It flies correspondingly when you say certain commands. It’s overall responsive. The downside is that it only recognizes certain pattern commands not that smart than I thought. But I’m ok with that. I don’t use it too much. The gesture control is a blast. It identifies the gesture of your hand and takes photo or shoots video, so now you have a good reason to have everyday yeah to the camera while taking group selfies. Good to play with the family. The trajectory flight is also interesting. You just need to draw a route on your phone and then the drone can automatically fly the same route. I like these new features. Battery life is about 12 minutes of constant flight. And there is low battery alarm function, so when the battery gets low, the controller will beep and you know it’s time to get the drone back. The altitude mode and headless mode is good for novices to control the drone better. So all in all, this drone is great for the price.

I chose Snaptain 650 because the price was good and I found youtube videos that recommend that model for beginners.It came in a nice box.It comes with 2 batteries. With a full charge, you can fly up to 10 minutes. It comes with 4 extra propellers. You even get extra screws and screwdriver to change it.The controller is good with a phone holder. AAA batteries for the controller are not included.The drone comes with instructions so was easy to set up everythingApp for the drone is on Google Play Store so its easy to download. App has a bunch of options and modes. You don't even need a controller to fly the drone. You can fly with your phone.The camera is good and has a slot for the SD card. You can record videos directly on your phone through the app but the quality of photos and videos is better if you store them on SD card.Flying is a fun part! It was super easy to learn to fly. It is very responsive to commands. It has 2 speeds. I crashed him a lot but nothing breaks.So, if you looking for a drone to have fun and to learn to fly Snaptain 650 is for you...

Nothing to dislike about this. It came exactly as it is advertised; the quality of product is good. It is fairly easy to assemble and follow instructions in getting it up and running. Flight time is decent and having that additional battery really helps. The app is easy to use and runs smoothly. All in all, a good buy for the price.
