Great tasting tea, I was hesitant in ordering this because I was not sure about the taste but it exceeded expectations. All natural ingredients, nothing artificial. It definitely helped with irregularity when nothing else did. You may experience cramping. You get a lot for the price, good buy and I have plenty for quite some time.

To get maximum effect, I use two bags for one 8oz cup of hot tea... Use Boiling water and sweeten with a teaspoon of Organic (NOT the garbage "HFCS" chemical sweetener) and you'll find changes in your "plumbing: and bowel movements right away! THIS is what you've been looking for...
