If ramen style noodle dishes were quality and really flavorful, they'd be these!
Really yummy, great quality and it is very filling, nicer size than ramen types- 8-9oz compared to ~2oz. If only they could get these under $2 each, even if you have to purchase a dozen+ at a time to get that price. Then I'd have these on hand more often. Just a little too pricey for noodles and some spices- (as comparable it costs more than a frozen lean cuisine- $2-2.50 each or other 10 oz type frozen entrees). But, since NO MSG, no garbage, it is a nice go to to keep a few in the cupboard for lunches or a nice start for meals by adding chicken breast, shrimp or a veggie protein, tofu, edamame, nuts, seeds etc. I've even made these simply by adding a cracked egg on top that cooks up with the water added- either whole or whisked in like egg drop style that will cook in threads as it heats. Also have added frozen spinach. Tons of recipes and ideas for additions if you're feeling adventurous, even as quick budget friendly add-ins. Maybe they could make the packaging less expensive- I'd not mind if they shrink wrapped the noodles and seed/spices packets into vacuum sealed pouches. But really enjoy these noodle dishes- as soups, noodle dishes or meal starters. Nowadays most people have a microwaveable mug/bowl they keep at work/home. Don't need the wasteful, environmentally icky plasticy bowl, especially if it is a big part of the cost. However, the bowls they use are really quality for disposable cooking/eating- I'd just prefer to skip the bowls if it made the cost better enough. Customers can tell the difference between a packaged ramen type and a similarly packaged quality noodle dish and spice packet like these varieties, and I would love the lower, less environmentally hurtful, wasteful price. The spice packets are nothing like ramen msg dust- the nice mix of spice and dried veggies, sesame seeds, etc in the various flavors add a perfect texture to the seriously higher quality of noodles as well. IMHO, thanks.

I Love It
I tried the Spicy Mongolian Noodles first and loved them. I ordered the Sesame Teriyaki and was hesitant to try them for fear I would not like them as much. They are great. More spicy than I expected but they are very good. So far I am extremely pleased with all of the Simply Asia noodle bowls. They are fast and easy to prepare and I can make two meals from each bowl making them very affordable. Next on my list is the Sweet & Sour Chow Mein Noodles. At this rate I may have to try all of the Simply Asia noodles varieties.

Delicious & Quick Microwave Teriyaki Noodles
I absolutely love these noodles, they’re kind of like a fancy microwaveable alternative to ramen. They take 90 seconds to cook and the Sesame Teriyaki kind are great. They also come in soy ginger, which I did not like at all. I wish I could buy them more often but the price is quite steep (6 bowls for $25-$30) so they’re more of a quick culinary treat.

They are first and most vegan and delicious!
First photo is of what you see when you take the cardboard wrapper off. The second photo is what it looks before it goes into the microwave and keep in mind it needs 3 tablespoons of water can you put the lid on loosely over microwave for 90 seconds. If you are okay with tiny little seeds such as a sesame seeds that come with it to sprinkle on top, it really is a delicious quick meal. The third picture shows you that And the fact I do not have chopsticks as for some crazy reason I never have gotten the hang of them! While it is 420 calories, the sodium level is very high! If you have to restrict any sodium content of intake, and this would be your only one Splurge if you are even allowed to have that much sodium. EDIT: Don't forget to recycle or upcycle. If you have bamboo skewers for veg kabobs, you could utilize two to give your avocado pit more room to grow! The lids have a small hole as if the tip of a ball point made it so they can be used for most anything. If baking for Christmas, the sugar sprinkles would come out in a sifting movement giving all a way to help. Make or buy cookies, colorfully wrapped candies, decorate, use as a hostess gift or a small gift, wrap.

Sauce is too vinegary and salty
The noodles component is great. They're easy to break up for less messy eating. The noodles, dried veggies, and sesame seeds have nice easy-open packets. You have to cut open the sauce packet. The sauce is very vinegary if you use more than 2/3 of the packet. With just half the sauce, it's plenty tasty and salty. I never nuke anything in plastic, so I put everything in a ceramic bowl before heating.

Sesame teriyaki is sweet & spicy! Not mild!
I purchased the sesame teriyaki and the package says mild, but it's pretty spicy,(finished about 45 minutes ago mouth & lips still burning a bit). It was way too sweet for my taste so I added about 1 1/2 teaspoons of fine beef bullion, also it was this was very dry in my opinion, so I added approximately 1/4 cup water to the bowl. The texture seemed fine, but I definitely found it too spicy for me for a product labeled mild. I won't use the sauce, but since I purchased the 6 pack I will most likely use the noodles, veggie packs & sesame seed packs with a different sauce just to use up what I purchased. Most likely will not purchase again.
